carbon filters were not included and they do not have any in stock so I cannot use the extractor fan at the moment. Been waiting for 3 weeks to date.

A picture with dimensions would have made the process of ordering much better. However, I ordered the wrong item, but the no quibble returns policy ment I received a return label and shortly after it was received, I got my refund. Plenty of communication in-between. Very happy.

Excellent service in every respect
Excellent service. An initial telephone call procured a product diagram sent to my email. This helped to identify the part required to fix my cooker hood. The item required was in stock, it was not expensive, it arrived quickly via DPD and it fixed the fault. A well deserved five stars.
