I've been chasing Aptia for a year...
I've been chasing Aptia for a year to start my pension. Latest call today showed no progress and the bored call handler refused to escalate my case before cutting me off mid-sentence. This is miserable.

The issue remains unresolved. My withdrawal requests with M𝚘netian...have been handled without repeated reminders and I've found help when I've needed it.

This is the worst pension management…
This is the worst pension management company I have ever come across, I have work for a company for 34 years nearly and payed into a pension scheme for all my time there, originally it was Mercer but then became Aptia in 2024, for a couple of year people at the company I work for have been moving there pension to access some funding and told they couldn't do that (no explanation given and nothing in any written agreement going back to 1994, I have read them all), No w fast forward to this year I requested to move my pension to another provider 3 times and still not had a response off them, which is really worrying considering they are managing millions or £ of peoples future, I have already approached the company I work for to have it looked into, doesn't fill me with confidence to say the least, don't waste your time with Aptia !!
