This is the worst pension management…
This is the worst pension management company I have ever come across, I have work for a company for 34 years nearly and payed into a pension scheme for all my time there, originally it was Mercer but then became Aptia in 2024, for a couple of year people at the company I work for have been moving there pension to access some funding and told they couldn't do that (no explanation given and nothing in any written agreement going back to 1994, I have read them all), No w fast forward to this year I requested to move my pension to another provider 3 times and still not had a response off them, which is really worrying considering they are managing millions or £ of peoples future, I have already approached the company I work for to have it looked into, doesn't fill me with confidence to say the least, don't waste your time with Aptia !!

Still waiting for the rest of a death…
Still waiting for the rest of a death in benefit payment being paid. Even after making formal complaint to the ombudsman. A year later still going on. Holding onto our money for no good reason. Will probably be dead by the time they pay out due to stress.
