Arabella Designs Bewertungen

I have just taken delivery of my second sofa from Arabella Designs. After receiving my first sofa and being so happy with the whole experience and finished product, I asked Chris if he could design and make me something bespoke which would fit with the specific idea I wanted for our kitchen/family room.
Once again the service was fantastic, great communication during the full process and nothing was too much trouble. The finished sofa surpassed my expectations and is beautiful! I would not hesitate to recommend Arabella Designs to friends or family.

Samples were dispatched quickly and were of good quality

Beautiful fabric

Chris was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping me with my order. Amazing service, beautiful fabrics and I can’t wait for my sofa to arrive now.

I normally Go for Loaf or John lewis sofas because of the comfort & quality. your sofas tick all my boxes. they just feel like they are very well made and comfortable. not cheap but worth the value.

A big thank you to all Arabella

We purchased an ex display sofa from Chris. Right from the start he answered any questions we had very quickly even answering his phone whilst on holiday (we didn’t know). I would definitely buy from him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks for a honest and open purchase.

We was that please with our sofa we ordered a loveseat for another room

Amazing quality and service

Great company to deal with, Chris was very communicative from start to finish, he kept us up to date with timeframes which were extremely fast! He was so helpful when we were deciding on measurements and material etc, gave us all the info to make the right decision and even made some suggestions as to what would work best, which was much appreciated! The quality is everything we would have hoped for and would 100% recommend using this business if you are looking for a luxury bespoke sofa!

Absolutely over the moon with the sofa I received. Customer service was amazing and I would 100% recommend using this company.
