I had been looking to match some chair rail in my house and they were the only ones I found that had it. Fast shipping and great packaging. I will look to them next time I need and moulding for my home.

After checking several other online merchants, I was happy to find that Architectural Depot could provide exactly the PVC boards and trim that I needed for my project, and the materials would be cut to the exact dimensions I provided. I couldn't have been more pleased when my order arrived, and on time. The materials were of the highest quality: very solid, and with a perfectly smooth finish. I should also commend the courteous and efficient Customer Service staff, who were in contact me throughout the process. The prices were exceptionally good, and even the shipping costs were much less than I would have expected. Many thanks for exceptional products and great service!

Great company, and customer service, the product is excellent, top quality shutters.

On time delivery, complete and ideal product

Great products, excellent prices, delivered in a timely manner. I am very happy with the product and how the project came out.

They actually answer the phone, very responsive to questions. They call back and once ordered the product gets delivered when they say it is going to be there. On top of all that they have a great products.

They have everything you'd ever need and at affordable prices with quick shipping.

I bought these shutters to replace my 35 year old ones. They work great, look great and great price and quick delivery.

Product was perfect and delivered quickly. I’ve ordered before and the quality remains high.

Prices are fair. The quality of the product is good and response from staff is quick. We did get several boards where the quality did not look like the majority, but the stain and finish saved them so they were still useable.

Ordered several items. We are very pleased with the service and products.

Easy install better with two people. Looks great. We just installed so we have not had a good weather test yet but expect it to hold. Very satisfied

It was great experience

I ordered three sets of shutters. One of the sets was the wrong style. I contacted them and they shipped out the correct set within a day!

Received a hard to find item at a reasonable price delivered on time.

Easy yo work with and fast filling orders even as small as mine. I plan to continue purchasing through them for everything inside and out products.
Great customer service as well.
Thank you!

This is an absolutely horrible company to work with. I ordered trim from their site and due to a system order on their end, they sent me duplicate product and charged me twice for it. I’ve been calling and emailing them for weeks to get a shipping label to return the duplicate product so I can get my money back. They are giving me the run around and saying they are “working on it” but then never respond to me or follow up. They say I will have to pay $30 for a shipping label to send back their duplicate product that they sent me due to their system error. The last person I spoke to, Priscilla, mentioned this was due to their system error and that other people are experiencing this as well. So if you know it’s your issue, you won’t fix it by simply generating a return label so your customers aren’t paying for your mistake? Terrible customer service, shady business practices, I am going to fight this tooth and nail because this is simply wrong to do to a customer. And I will make sure that everyone knows how terrible of a company this is.

I've already reviewed your product and gave it 5 stars

good products, good prices, good delivery

Architectural Depot is a great source for exterior decorative products. We are a Design Company and we have used AD for shutters, gable accents, etc.. Large selection and easy to use ordering process. Wenger Contracting, Inc
