I needed a decorative corbel which is a carved piece of wood that appears to support something but is just for looks. It is so pretty. I used it to help divide my dining room from my hall

Great experience ordering a new shutter that was damaged in a wind storm. I found it hard to believe that I could find an exact match to a shutter than came with my spec home 20 years ago. What are the odds of finding an exact match in style and size? Fast delivery that included the pins I needed to install. I didn’t need the instructions that were proactively emailed to me, but great that they sent them. I highly recommend ArchitectualDepot and will go right back to them for similar needs, although I hope I don’t need to.

Shipped a $1500 return back to them which cost $900. They received it at their warehouse. The freight company took pictures of their receiving manager with the product on their hi lo at their facility. Then their customer service department claimed it was never received. (Which btw you can't call and talk to someone. It's all digital and inefficient AF... And that's IF the website is working that day). Then they admitted that it has been received but that the labeling may not have been correct so they lost it and are refusing a refund. And now they just stopped communicating. Needless to say now I'm out nearly $3000 cause they can't keep track of their own inventory. Even if they lost it, clearly they have the unopened product! Give me my money back per your own policy! Horrible customer service. Product was flimsy and brittle and very low quality. Don't recommend for any respectable builder.

We purchased panels from this company, and the delivery time was amazing. The product was perfect, exactly as described and so easy to install. We had issues with corner pieces which the company solved quickly and re-shipped. I would definitely do business with this company again as they are so good to work with.

The items I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition. The quality exceeded my expectations and look great on my house.

I knew the style exterior shutter I wanted but had no clue as to the hardware. Customer service helped me through it all.
Great selection of shutters and hardware.
Thanks Architectural Depot for a seamless experience.

Good experience, fast production and shipping and good quality products.

Good product and good service.

I needed 8x8 1/4” black steel L brackets to support a 96”resin flower box. These were perfect and at the best price. Delivery was unbelievably fast.

Reliable source! Quick shipping, well packaged.

Ordered vinyl shutters on 6-17-26 and as of 6-29-26 the order still had not been processed. I made multiple phone calls to customer service and received nothing but lip service. " We can only reach out to the warehouse from this department. We understand and we will take care of this. The order is being processed. I am the senior management that you can speak with." So I have cancelled my order and demanded a full refund. I will find a more reputable company to handle my business. What a joke!

The quality of the product I purchased - wainscoting trim boards- was far above my expectations! Ordering was super easy, product descriptions and photos made it easy to see the differences in molding types. Thank you

Avoid this vendor at all costs.

I ordered a wooden beam that arrived in a box with no visible external damage. When I opened it, the beam inside was completely shattered and unusable. Instead of standing behind their product, the company hid behind a deceptive return policy and refused to take responsibility.

Their excuse was that I should have inspected the contents before accepting the shipment. That's an unreasonable expectation when the outside of the box showed no signs of damage. Unless customers are expected to open every package in front of the delivery driver, their policy is simply a way to avoid honoring legitimate damage claims.

The product arrived destroyed, and customer service was more interested in blaming the customer than making things right. If something arrives damaged, don't expect this company to stand behind what they sell. I won't be doing business with them again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

I ordered decorative panels twice. The first order was perfect and I loved the product. I decided to add more decorative panels to my project. The second order had some issues with the panels. I called architectural depot and explained my concerns and they were very helpful and ended up sending me another set of panels. I’m very satisfied.

Love the shutters, came resonably quick but there were 5 damaged shutters that are going to be replaced. Customer service has been great so far as I wait for the replacement shutters. Other than the damages I would have rated them 5 stars

Wonderful staff support to work with whether online or over the phone! Great quality products from everything I’ve ordered to date. Very, very, very happy with Architectural depot overall!

Found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Shipment was quick. Quality was outstanding
