Just had a flooring fitted in my dining room, hall and living room.
The staff at Arighi Bianchi’s flooring department were incredibly helpful .
I got a home visit and quote within days, cheaper than others I’d had, and it was fitted a few weeks later .
The fitting process went so smoothly and my floor looks absolutely fantastic.
Can’t recommend them enough

We. have had 2 previous houses fully carpeted by Arighis, to our satisfaction,and our son has had 3 houses fall fully carpeted by them,again to his satisfaction.
This time the carpet fitters did an appalling job. They badly scuffed all the newly painted walls( the bungalow having just been fully refurbished and extended).Consequently we had to go round touching them up.
A cupboard door in the 2nd bedroom was taken off its hinges to facilitate fitting inside the cupboard,but not refitted, and the fitters cleared off without mentioning it. So we had to get a joiner in to fit it.
3 BIG rolls of offcuts 1.5 to 1.7 metres high were left stacked up in the same bedroom, which we only discovered after they cleared off !
After fitting the carpet in the lounge they pointed out a long cut in it, necessitating a replacement. They said it was a fault line, but it looked more like it had been cut by a knife. Incredibly they didn't arrange a replacement, and it was only the following day when i rang Arighis that they became aware. Several weeks later it was replaced by a much more professional team, but it was certainly an inconvenience.
Arighis also fitted Karndean flooring in several rooms,and the hallway, where a gap was left for a floor mat. After fitting the carpets the mat was fitted and a metal surround fixed down. However this metal was raised above the Karndean making it impossible to open a wooden cupboard door. Again we had to call in a joiner, but he couldn't open it to take off the hinges and shave off 5mm from the bottom.
I'm a retired MD and if any off my staff had done such shoddy work they would have been on a disciplinary. As it was I was informed that senior management were made aware. Did I hear anything from them ? I did not!

As always from Arighi Bianchi, a great service from the 3 carpet fitters who did a first class job re-fitting some of my carpets today. They look like new!

The flooring was very well fitted, the only minor issue was that the fitters turned up later than we expected. This was due to a communication breakdown and was not the fitters’ fault. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent, very professional team.
Asif laid the Karndean flooring in the kitchen. He worked hard and was brilliant, we love it. Thank you

Great company, excellent shipping!

Purchased a Tetrad Harris Tweed suite in May 2022 from this store. In March 2025 I reported that the material on one arm of the fireside chair was going thin,which is now a hole. Tetrad said they could not get a matching material and could do nothing. Arighi Bianchi sent a fitter out to write a report. The report indicated that my cancer or treatment could have caused the deteriation. Which is truly incorrect according to medical websites.
If buying furniture from this company. Check that cancer does not affect the materials. Also maybe you should check before visiting friends or relatives. The comments by this company are a complete lie and has caused stress to my family. Discusting.

10weeks for delivery of a wardrobe and so far 8 weeks later still waiting for it to have the drawers added - no proactive communication only reactive

Jamie and Rik fitted our staircase and landing carpet yesterday.
They did an outstanding job, arriving at the agreed time and spent all morning (4 hours) ensuring the carpet was fitted to our satisfaction. We have bought carpets from Arighi Bianchi’s over many years and have always found that they provide good value for money and an excellent service. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else! The quality of the goods and the outstanding customer service from every single member of staff is fantastic. Having moved house earlier this year I have bought from a lot of different departments there! Tom and Jake came and laid my new carpet yesterday in the whole of the upstairs of my house and the stairs. They were very efficient; very friendly and courteous; and very tidy. I am thrilled with my new carpet and they made the whole experience very easy. They were also so respectful of my cats who are not allowed out through the front door onto the road.
