Dan was able to book the survey in reasonably quickly and once it was done, I received the survey within a few days. This company caused panic over "brown circular stains" in the upstairs bedroom which, on second viewing and on receipt of the surveyor's less grainy original photo, turned out to be some planet stickers. £750 should buy you expert care and attention, not a report produced so hastily and with so little thought that some stickers of the planets are mistaken for mould.
