Purchased a necklace in august still not received it. They responded to the first email of me chasing up on where it was as I had received notification from Hermes that they’re expecting it. They said they’ll check with Hermes and let me know. Have not heard anything since after sending multiple emails. Decided to support a small business but the service was appalling.

The engraving inside was crooked
The engraving inside was crooked, the necklace had some weird stain on the silver part so it kind of ruined the overall look which is unfortunate because if I paid proper money for this, I would’ve liked to see a proper product (especially as I intended to gift it as a present)
