Mission Accomplished! Excellent.
I left a review previously on the 30th June which was less than favourable due to service that had fallen well below par but I can now say that A Shade Greener have more than made up for the disappointment I felt previously. I believe it's only fair that I update my previous review and describe my experience today. An engineer called Ricky arrived early this morning and he had been previously to outline his intentions on how to fix the issue regarding our install and I was very happy to see him return today the 7th July.
Every now and again you get a person who you just know are going to do a great job. I hope they make sure they hang on to Ricky as he is a credit to their company. Very friendly and polite and also really good at his job. His expertise and knowledge became very clear early on as he patiently explained each step to putting things right and getting our panels back working again. After completing the work he showed me what he had done and how much better and neater everything was, he also did a great job cleaning up any mess. So we have a nice new consumer box all fitted neatly and sealed perfectly and as an unexpected bonus they even fitted a new and more up to date inverter in the loft.
It is only right that I leave this as a five star review because it deserves it. Thank you very much and hats off to Ricky.

Deed of variation of Lease
I had a great experience with Shannon in the Legal Department with a Deed of variation which was required for a solar panel lease. As a Conveyancer, this is something you usually dread if a lease needs varying in accordance with new mortgage requirements, however this time it was easy and very quick to do and the deed was even registered before the client's sale was ready to proceed.
