I purchased the Premium Personalised Kundli and found it to be very detailed and well structured. The career, dasha, and planetary explanations were easy to follow, and the report gives good material for self-reflection. Overall, a worthwhile read.

Had not received the soul purpose report, but immediately after messaging on insta to astro arun pandit ji, got the report within few minutes. Glad that Team was quick to respond ☺️

Fake astro seemingly, he claims that he can teach everyone so they can predict own future, very wrong mis guiding ad just to earn money .

i have paid the fees but didn't get the report yet it's been a month. and their customer support also didn't pick up the phones.

I paid for the ask 3 questions and have not heard back on anything and it’s been 10 days. I will be so angry if after waiting for so long I get a generic response which is what I am expecting will happen at this point.

This is not the first time I have ordered something from them and it’s been delayed. Last time I ordered a fortune report it was not just delayed, I had to follow up and when I did I got one of the most generic reports. It’s a sheer waste of money.

If there was negative star I will rate that.
I have placed ordered and almost 1 month still no update after connecting via what's app as well direct call it seems they are not interested. I reccomed do not place order with them; they just give false hope and never get back to you. Over all -tive 5 star.

Finally received, the report and the senior Support agent was able to resolve the issue.

⭐ One Star — Not Worth the Money

I booked the Mahamrityunjay e-Pooja scheduled for 12 August and paid ₹11,000. Unfortunately, there was no live pooja that I could attend or follow, and I did not receive a recording afterward either. The Rudraksha was also missing from the prasad package.

For such a high price, I expected a properly organised service, clear communication, and everything that was promised. Customer service was also poor and very slow to respond.

Overall, this service was disappointing and not worth ₹11,000.

It send receipt and confirmation from no reply id and does not answer with the purchase of premium kundali. These people stolen money from astrology believers. And support team closed the ticket without solving.. please don't trust on these people

The personalised report is about 35% Personalised. Things like conjunction planets, mahadashas, numerology and gemstones were accurate. The rest total generic garbage. The consultation left me questioning the astrologer’s expertise.
He confidently predicted I would get a job by the end of August. When I asked why, and whether it was related to my Sun Mahadasha ending, he simply said there were “many reasons” but couldn’t explain them.
He then confused my natal Saturn with the current Saturn transit. When I corrected him that Saturn is currently transiting my 8th house (not sitting in my natal 7th house), he seemed surprised.
After that, instead of explaining his prediction, he began asking increasingly broad questions about job offers, travel, relocation, relationships, and expenses. Every time I answered “No,” he would ask, “Are you sure?” Eventually, when I mentioned I had planned to go out but didn’t, he claimed that was what he meant all along.
The most unbelievable part came when he told me that simply by hearing my voice he knew my recorded birth time was wrong and had “adjusted” it by 10–15 minutes. When I questioned this, he confidently stated that changing the birth time doesn’t matter because the Lagna changes only after 1.5 hours and “only a few planets shift here and there.”
Finally, he prescribed remedies like rubbing ghee on my forehead every Monday, wearing a silver ring, and feeding blind people—without giving any convincing astrological reasoning.
I do expect astrology to have logical reasoning. Instead, every time I asked why a prediction was being made, I received vague answers, and when predictions didn’t match, the questions simply became broader until something loosely fit.
Overall, the consultation felt more like fishing for confirmations than a structured astrological analysis. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. The other star is for the support team.

Ordered premium kundli, got after 5 days,contacting customer service. Waste of money! One can easily get such kundli free of cost. Too much content,no definitive points.
So after raising complaint,I got another report which is better than previous one.

I had a very bad experience with customer service. I placed my order on June 8, and as of July 1, it still has not been delivered.
I have sent several emails and WhatsApp messages regarding my order (Order No. SH/2627/159986), but I have not received any response from the customer service team.
This level of service is very disappointing. I expected better communication and support. I hope my issue is resolved as soon as possible.

“I ordered a kundli report for ₹299 expecting a personalized analysis from an experienced astrologer. However, the report I received appeared to be completely computer-generated. It was a 290+ page PDF filled with generic information, and it felt like my DOB was simply entered into astrology software to generate the report automatically.
The report was so lengthy that it was difficult to read practically, and there was very little personal guidance or meaningful interpretation. If you are expecting a real human analysis, I would recommend confirming beforehand whether the astrologer actually studies the kundli personally or just sends automated software-generated reports. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience.”

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform. My experience has been highly unsatisfactory for several reasons.The Kundali provided appeared to be AI-generated rather than a personalized analysis from an expert. Immediately following my consultation, I was advised to book a Puja. While their team was extremely proactive in contacting me to collect payment, their communication stopped the moment the money was received.The customer service team has been unreliable, frequently providing conflicting or incorrect information regarding my booking.
Based on my experience, I do not find this platform reliable. Save your time and money by looking elsewhere.

I ordered a premium kundli report of my daughter on 8th of April with all the correct details. Today I received the report but they have interpreted the date of birth wrongly. Therefore, The entire report is in vain as the DOB itself is wrong. I contacted the team but no body is answering the call. I have all the screenshots & screen recordings while I was placing the order... Its an evidence that I have filled in all the correct details.
