I’m impressed

Issues with the laptop I purchased…

Issues with the laptop I purchased certain keys on the key board don’t work properly and I think it’s not realistic to run a business with out having a express delivery option

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the laptop you received.

All items we buy are tested before purchase and only once they pass our set guidelines are they bought and sold ahead. Looks like the fault occurred on a later date or else we wouldn't have purchased the item in the first place.

Additionally, we use AUS post for all deliveries and once dispatched, it typically takes 2 to 5 working days for the orders to reach the customers. Our records show that your parcel was delivered in the estimated timeframe.

Customer Service is what?

I went into CEX in Woden ACT to pick up a pair of Bose headphones I had purchased online. When I got there everything was fine except they didn't look anything like the photo of what I had bought. I even said jokingly to the person working there, before he brought them out, hey what's wrong them? They're so cheap! I was genuinely excited to replace my Bose. The earpads were badly deteriorated. That would have been OK if that was what the photo advertised. I still would have bought them knowing I would need to replace the earpads, which I've done, because it was still a pretty good bargain. Then I went outside and started to test them. They were dead flat. I went back in and asked could he charge them for 10 mins so I could test them to see if they even turn on and I would be back in 10 as I'd realised I had lost my wallet and wanted to see if I'd left it somewhere. He to me he shouldn't do that but he did So yes I will still shop at CEX. What I would change is the transparency with the advertising. People know they're buying used goods however when it involves 2 hrs travel and reading parts I would like to know how used and have products at least partially charged for pick ups. Customer service matters. Especially when it involves customer service. Otherwise I am happy.

Ordered a b grade was definitely not a…

Ordered a b grade was definitely not a b grade came with huge scratches that were very deep on the face of the watch also had a dent in the side near the button was full of skin and dirt from where the previous owner had been wearing it really unhygienic put a complaint in and sent back straight away

Checkout transaction is clunky

Online check out transaction is not very smooth. It made me miss a product and second time was not successful as well.
