I'm extremely disappointed with Augmentcode. The pricing is completely misleading after the last update

To make matters worse, my account was suspended without any clear explanation or warning. I tried reaching out to their support multiple times to understand why this happened and to resolve the issue, but received no proper response. The lack of communication is unacceptable.

The suspension came right after I questioned their billing practices, which makes me suspect it was intentional.

For a service that charges premium prices, the customer service is absolutely terrible. No proper communication, and arbitrary account suspensions. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Stay away and save your money and time.

Great tool, frequently receives product updates, but has horrible product support.

Issue we ran into:
1) The VS Code Plugin causes the whole laptop to stop working
2) Randomly, thread history gets lost.

Very bad customer service and they stopped answering after changing the pricing, the new pricing is so confusing and it allows you to have ONLY 60 message for 30$.

Overall, Augment is a great tool. I really like the fact that it can understand our code base. However, recently, I wanted to add a developer to my account, which triggered a payment. This is not something I was aware of. I thought we would be able to share the same credits. By account is now inactive, and my previous credit is not accessible anymore. I sent them a ticket for support, but It has been over 10 hours with no reply from their side. Their support team needs to respond quickly to customers.

But the product is great. I started with their free trial, and now on a paid plan. i do not plan on switching to any other provider any time soon.

Message usage is very inefficient which leads to running out of messages and have to buy more
