I would definitely recommend au pair USA as they are extremely helpful and attentive especially once you’ve arrived in the US. The whole experience from the beginning has been really great and as a second time au pair I felt like they are one of the best out there for sure!

I was in a bind because the original Au Pair I had got her visa denied. So Au Pair USA helped me find a new Au Pair very quickly. Which was a great help.

Quick and easy application process
Quick and easy application process. Personal recommendation of candidates based on our preferences. Thorough onboarding from local coordinator. We applied due to another au pair falling through at another agency and within a week we matched with a new au pair. Our new au pair is now with our family and we cannot be happier!

I just had some problems with the host dad he is not receptive, we are trying to figure it out, but the company is giving me a lot of support with the local coordinator who is helping me with this

Good agency!
Positive points: the plataforma is great, easy to see the families profile. Training course is great too.
Negative points: I would say that Interexchange is an agency for young woman who already know how to travel. Because other than that, would be hard to them to understand how the flight tickets works, steps after landing, etc.
A piece of advice. Other agencies have a tour around NY, or presencial training. Only thing I miss, specially for the ones who doesn’t know how to walk around/use metro.
Also, would be nice to have a group from all the au pairs in the USA, and another one local.
