Apprehensive about buying a bike online without riding one. Very happy with the bike once it arrived, was assembled, and I went for my first ride. Each ride since has increased my enjoyment.
The purchase/shipping/receiving process went well with the bike arriving around a week after purchase.

Ordering ok, Sendle rubbish
Ordering was ok but shipping rubbish. Experience with them was OK, but it's only 3 stars because they are let down by their shipping. They use Sendle and all parcels that I have ever been sent via Sendle have all been delayed. Stop using Sendle. I still haven't received my item.

Let down by a pathetic delivery system.
I would have rated Ausstech as a 5, but they shipped my package via Sendle who gave me absolutely no confidence that were up to the task. A plethora of happy happy emails containing absolutely no usable information from Sendle did little to support my "patience and understanding", which naturally went into terminal decline.
