We got the Monster and the Surf Rider
We got the Monster and the Surf Rider. They are both amazing bikes. We have never had so many people take photos of our bikes, and make comments when we ride by. They are great to ride, and quality is amazing. The company is fantastic to deal with.

Ausstech bike.....A very Happy customer
My recent experience when my Ausstech bike broke down - due to my control unit was in need of assistance. Ausstech went all out to trouble shoot my problem and source the unit & got it fixed. In no time I was on the road again. I am so happy with my Ausstech E-Bike and the team member, the bike has served me well. A very good brand .... I love my Ausstech E-Bike. I still get comments/stopped by people wanting to know where I got my Bike. It is such a good looking bike with uncomparable performance that makes heads turn around when I ride it. Thank you Jack from Ausstech once again for the great customer service with a pleasant attitude & trouble shooting my recent Ebike problem also for giving quality customer support eventhough you had family comitments during the weekends. Thank you and much appreciated.

We are sorry about the delayed delivery as it was beyond our control. However, the courier requires at least one day in advance notice to alter the delivery instructions. In this instance, the item was on board with the driver, and nothing we could do to alter the delivery instruction with short notice, unfortunately.

The product is fine but communication during all discussions could do with improvement. Then the accessories arrived with no instructions on how to fit them so had to chase this again.

Great product
Product has finally arrived, a week after the freight company email said it would. no issues with the product I purchased, great looking bike, built well and of excellent quality and finish. only downside is that there was no owners manual in the box.
