Order took at least 5 working days to be sent off,, expected much more efficient service,,, after paying $20 for "express postage". A week later & still waiting , from same state!!

The products that are produced by Ausstech are fantastic I recently purchased the 120 amp hr battery to replace the gel battery in my caravan . I have found it to be

Received the bike this week. First impressions are excellent. Time will now test this bike.

I have had my Beach Rider for 15 Months now and have traveled 1500 km its been great with no problems.

1. There was no instruction manual to put the bike together.
2. After a lot of guesswork in assembly, it took half an hour to find the keyhole to turn the bike on.
3. After getting an email sent with a pdf of the manual, there was no toolkit as per the manual.
4. After a week, I still haven't received the promised toolkit.
5. The bike seems to be very good.

Great value fantastic product. Ausstech delivered to my door. Whilst there were no assembly instructions in the box, it was easy to assemble.

Bike arrived after not being able to track its progress. Ordered a rack bit it will not fit when saddle is in its lowest position. Forks were in back to front and loose. Pretty happy with the performance though

we bought the beach rider and the monster,I was pleasantly surprised with the build and material quality of these bikes, the bikes perform brilliantly, so much power, I would recommend these bikes to anyone that want value for money.

One of the headstock bolts was missing (grrrr.) but the assembly was straightforward.
Most moving parts need to be lubricated, pedals and wheel bearings were tight. Delivery was spot on. The product quality is high and I look forward to riding and experiencing the smart way.
