Hi guys, bikes arrived Friday, very easy to set up and look great. Only issue tho, is that the black bike didn't come with a helmet, wifeys did tho, other than that, couldn't be happier.

Jack was great - very helpful. We met him at the warehouse and test rode each of the bikes before deciding. We were able to buy the bike on the spot and took it home with us. Loving the beach cruiser😊

Austech 'Thunder' was ordered online just prior to Christmas after reviewing all available options. My criteria was for an e-bike with dual suspension, 7 gears, foldable and dual disc brakes. The Austech 'Thunder' ticked all the boxes.
This option also included a special offer of helmet, mud guards and a parcel tray.
The e-bike, to my surprise and delight, was delivered two days later...prior to Christmas.
Assembly was quite straight forward although the manual could have been more helpful....a few more clear photos of the completed bike would have been useful.
Riding the e-bike had been great, it is comfortable and rides very smoothly. The computer is intuitive although, again, a more descriptive section on its operation would help.
In summary, this e-bike has a lot of bang for the bucks and overall I am very happy with my purchase.

The bike is very good quality and as advertised. It was better than I expected from a Chinese brand. Delivery was very slow and out of the companies control.

The bike arrived before time in excellent packaging with support pieces inside the box for exposed parts that could be damaged in transit with all you have to do is cut the zippy ties that holds it all together and unfold, adjust a few things to suit your build and and ride.These bikes make a good ride excellent.

Pleased with my new Thunder. A little disappointed with fragility of the control panel/screen considering it’s a folding bike.
Easy to use. Power assist is very helpful.
Quality of frame and electrics seems very good.

Excellent pedal assist. My partner is heavier and found the pedal assist not as good. But I loved it... I can get up hills in no time! 🚴🚴🚴comes with bonus mudguards and bike rack!! $1550 Aus dollars. Great value
