Your service was professional and dignified for start to finish. The team on the day were exemplary.

We were very happy with the staff and everything they did for us. They were very helpful and caring and did everything to a very high standard. Kept us informed all the way so we felt less worried about it all. Amanda Paine helped us through very well indeed. The staff were always smart and welcoming,very professional.

Very happy with the service we received from Austin’s, particularly from June in Welwyn Garden City and also Lee and the other pallbearers, who treated my late husband with respect and dignity. They were very compassionate throughout and maintained excellent communication with the family.

Everything went smoothly. The celebrant was very good and the cars were immaculate.
