Our funeral director Marcella was absolutely excellent, due to her patient,caring and professional manner which was appreciated at a most distressing time in our lives.

From our first meeting with Debbie everything was explained so well .Kerry was amazing regarding everything to do with the funeral it made a difficult time so much easier to deal with.I would certainly recommend them to everyone.

Everyone at James Smith was absolutely incredible. Their kindness, compassion and support was second to none, and greatly appreciated at such a difficult time. Elise took care of everything and guided us through the arrangements with sincerity and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. They took our worries away and the day ran beautifully.

We really can’t thank Adrian and the team enough for the beautiful and personal funeral they provided. Nothing was too much, and every request we made was met with such kindness. To everybody involved, from bringing my loved one into care, to the bearers on the day, thank you. As a family we are extremely grateful.

Kerry from the company made a difficult time easy to cope with from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and the service in the Sheila Kendrick suite was so perfect and the service by Berni Martin just so personal to us

From the moment my mum sadly left us, they were compassionate, helpful and guided me through the next steps. We used their facilities for the funeral service which was a perfect why to say goodbye to mum.
