I had a good experience Rashana U was friendly and polite. The prosses to refinance I found to be easy to get done, I liked the fact that they work with a lender that is not available to me in my region of the country. And do to that fact it opened the door to what happened to be the best APR rate that was offered to me was not huge but a point lower is better then a point higher.

Much easier than I expected

They don't tell you that you can not use your income by working for a company called Spark for delivering supplies to custmers, they said it is was a drive share which it is not. This is a regular job. They do not tell you that you have to have 1,200.00 to make in a month. What they are saying that you can save money this is a lie I do not recomand this company at all because they are a lier on there letters that you get in the mail. Again do not go with this company. Your company does not explain any details when anyone gets one of your letters states reduction notice. Your application doesn't even ask for paystubs or drivers license or anything else. We told the lady on the phone that we do make enough on what a person needs to have. The company needs to look up Spark delivery then they will understand it is not drive share. I'm sorry but we are going to go with someone else.
