They will get you a good loan but they definitely do try to sell your add-ons like you're standing at the lot again. For me that was fine I was refinancing my used truck and needed an extended warranty anyway so it worked out

My loan rep was amazing, very professional, down to earth and spent a lot of time making sure I understood every aspect of my new auto refinance. Always called and texted me to keep me updated on the progress of the loan and made sure I got the best possible deal.

Misleading and won't hesitate to hit your credit very disappointed in the way this company handled my request poor communication and just to be clear I have a 788 credit score and was looking for a Lower payment current loan at 5.75% Caribou came back wit two offers one at 7.25% And the other at 9% total waste of a credit inquiry, and time!

Liars tell you approved for low rate then after they pull hard credit which is exactly what Credit Karma says I have they come back at 17%. Jerks, don’t waste the credit ding!!!!

Very poor communication throughout. My initial contact was essentially unreachable after he felt he had what he needed from me. Instead I would have multiple “assistants” pepper me with emails, phone calls and text messages, often times all asking for the same thing. The process seemed to take much longer than it should have as a result. Good communication and information-sharing is key in this industry and that really needs to be improved.

Excellent Customer Service and prompt response.

While I appreciated the quick information and responses, by the time the loan closed, I had no information to log into my new account. I was told to look for the information, but no phone number to call if it didn't arrive. No reference number to update the insurance. The hand off should have been better. I was getting emails from Lending Tree for my title sign off, however,I didn't use lending tree. Was very weird.

The process to refinance my car was very straight forward and was set up exactly a needed. very nice experience considering that is my first time doing this kind of transactions.

Jamie and all the reps I spoke with were all very helpful and very timely throughout the entire process. I would recommend Caribou to anyone who needs to refi.

Eli and Jessica were so great through the whole process, they made our part easy to do, answered the questions that was throwed at them, so very glad I found yall, our note lowered 230 dollars and yall just dont know how much easier it made things for us, those 2 deserve the world, I will recommend yall to everyone!!!

Had a very smooth process during the entire refinance procedure. The agents that worked with me were very helpful and were very good at informing me of all of my available options.

Getting the initial call back took a little longer than I would have liked. But to be totally fair, they said it would take 3 business days, and it did. But once I got on the line with the rep and the loan officer, they were amazing to work with and secured a lower rate than I expected.

I’ve had many other companies offer to help with an auto refinance, but what they would offer was really not much of an improvement. Caribou made the refinancing process easy, fast, and checked every box I wanted to achieve. Great experience!
