I had an excellent experience working with Gravity Lending, and I want to specifically recognize Jonathan de Leon for the outstanding level of service he provided throughout my auto refinance process.

From the very beginning, Jonathan took a personal, hands-on approach that made a potentially complicated process feel straightforward and manageable. He walked me through every step, clearly explaining what was happening, what to expect next, and what was needed from me. There was never any confusion or guesswork on my end.

What stood out most was the consistency and reliability of his communication. At no point did communication break down. Jonathan was always available to answer my questions, and when something required my attention, he reached out promptly so nothing ever fell behind. Paul Elliott was my agent with Gravity Lending and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. I knew very little about refinancing coming in but Paul assured me he would get me the best deal. He did just that, and now I will be paying an interest rate that is half of what it was previously. I also want to highlight the patience and communication that I was given throughout the entire process. There were some actions that needed to be completed prior to getting the loan funded and he consistently showed patience and understanding of my situation. Paul made sure to explain everything completely at each step which I appreciate. Overall, I can't recommend Paul and Gravity enough. I will be pointing any friends and family towards Gravity if they are ever looking to refinance.

Worked with Manuel Marquez @ Gravity lending on a refinance of my current vehicle and got my approval # emailed to me after all details where given and hard credit check was done. Then crickets, the next day I get an email closing of my application because of reasons that was never asked by my loan officer. He never asked if I had extra money to put down, was I ok with a higher interest rate, etc. So of course I emailed him as asked why did you not even call me to discuss options?? His response was “I sent you a text”. What a waste of time and bad customer service. I was looking. At my hard credit pull on Credit Karma and saw there auto loan refi section. Ended up using Tresl for my refi and it was done same day with no issues at all.

Honesty I wasn’t expecting much. I knew I wanted to refinance my car but didn’t have a lot of time for research. Gravity popped up when I googled it. They had good reviews and a good rating with the BBB so I filled out my info and sent it in. Dean got in touch with me quickly and made it incredibly easy to find the best interest rate in my state on used cars. He did all the leg work. He communicated often and gave text updates (which I REALLY appreciate because I don’t have a lot of time in my day for phone calls). Once everything was ready to finalize, he emailed me the paperwork with shipping label, which we completed and mailed back. Everything was approved and ready to go in just about 2 weeks. What did it for me was the ease of it and lack of leg work on my end. Would definitely recommend.

There was a hard inquiry ran without my approval and when I asked why this was done "yes I was upset " I received a generic gemeni automated response saying that I was clearly upset and i had demanded to know why a hard check was done. Several days passed then a different loan officer contacted me , offered ne a lower apr but extending my loan by 14 months causing me to pay more money versus my current apr and loan duration. I would not recommend this company I declined the bs offer!
