This was my First time refinancing anything, it was super easy and quick. My loan specialist was great in assisting me through the process

The experience has been great overall. Friendly and reliable staff, and very knowledgeable. The process was slightly slow/delayed. Otherwise, great.

Estelle Holland with Autopay loan servicer was so unprofessional. I received a mail, got interested on the offer and applied. My loan was approved after a hard inquiry. (not a soft pull) I reached out to Autopay overwhelmed by the news and got connected to estelle. Estelle had my case and requested for paystubs. I sent them, twice and hoping for a positive news, I received an email from them my application was denied due to requested stipulated documents not processed which I did. Estelle responded to my email twice, called and left voicemails and no response. This company is absolutely ridiculous. I have a hard inquiry now on their name, and no approval thanks to estelle and Autopay. This is by far, the worst refinancing company ever. If you know others, advice them to stay clear of this company. Having them mess up your credit score is their aim. Will keep you updated if anything turns out.

It really was an easy, marvelous experience having someone like Jacob Miller on my side all way, very patient, never pressured, very knowledgeable.

I had a need to refinance my car, and Autopay made the process so easy! Communication was outstanding, customer service the best!

We attempted to refinance our 2025 vehicle using a Credit Karma referral to AUTOPAY with a FICO score over 800. Initially the experience went well with the automations. Once we were assigned to an "agent", the wheels fell off. He did not return calls, emails, or texts.

So at this point we have a new hard query on our credit report from AUTOPAY and nothing to show for it.
