My experience with RefiJet has been extremely disappointing. Everything went smoothly until the deal was closed — after that, communication completely stopped.
My representative, Joseline, became unresponsive. I made several attempts to reach out with important questions regarding my refinancing, but my calls were not returned and no follow-up was provided.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as serious as a financial agreement. Good customer service should not end once the contract is signed.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure they will receive proper support after closing.

I just completed an auto lease buyout through RefiJet, and it was so easy to navigate! Despite having a very short timeframe, Kara/Nyana were able to get everything arranged and submitted without fail. They provided clear instructions, easy document uploads, and constant communication on status and next steps - not to mention a better interest rate than the other competitors I considered. When a hiccup happened on the banking end, Kara/ Nyana jumped right in and made sure everything got cleared up quickly and completely. Great experience and I'd recommend RefiJet for anyone looking to buy out their lease!
