Booked parking with park and cruise for the 16th-23rd may. The service was fantastic, cant fault them at all. Lovely friendly staff. The taxi drivers were lovely as well. My car was in perfect condition. Will use again.

We booked with AVA Parking for parking as we were going on a cruise from Southampton, assuming they were the actual company that looked after your cars. However, we discovered the week before we were due to travel, that the so called secure parking, was an old hotel car park with rusty gates and no apparent 24 hour security. Utilising google maps there were no car parking signs, company names or anything else on these gates, so we telephoned the so called AVA parking by the number we were given. We telephoned twice and had to leave messages, as there was no answer, and very quickly we realised this this was not AVA Parking. It turned out that AVA Parking use anyone who has space to park cars in Southampton, and we couldn't ascertain if these people were insured or anything else. We finally had a call from a man who refused to give us his full name, and on pressing him said he was Mr Smith. The date we were due to travel at approximately 9 a.m. we received a text message to change the parking venue which again appeared on google maps as waste land in Southampton. On our initial call we cancelled our booking with him, he said he would inform AVA Parking for a refund. AVA Parking has tried to charge us £25 for administration for the sub letting nightmare. We are still awaiting any refund!

I had an excellent experience with Ava Parking. I dropped my car off at their site, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The staff were polite, professional, and made the whole process very straightforward.

Instead of a car collection service, I used the park and ride option — the transfer to the cruise terminal was fast, comfortable, and stress-free, with minimal waiting time. On my return, the pickup from the terminal was just as smooth, and my car was exactly as I left it.

Ava Parking made my trip much easier, and I’ll definitely be using their park and ride service again. Highly recommend!

We are cruising from Southampton next Tuesday (14th October) and were sorting out directions to AVA Parking directions the Wednesday before.
The car park on Wall Street, at the back of the multistorey car park, did not appear on Google Maps.
The only one that looked like a car park was the Mercure Hotel car park!
No other signs are evident.
On calling the mobile number, I had to leave a message on the answerphone. Over 3 hours later I called again, no answer. I called the AVA number on their website, no answer but directed to website?
We tried to book in October next year to see what happened and the website would not let us do anything.
Finally we looked on Google and it advised AVA may be a scam.
This was confirmed by several Port companies as listed as scammers.
At 6.45pm AVA called back (mobile), apologised for the late call said it was their day off.
By this time we had booked somewhere else to be sure of not missing our cruise.

I have just arrived back from a two week cruise from Southampton and have to say the Ava service was excellent.
The car park was only a ten minute walk from the Ocean terminal and we were met on arrival and departure by a helpful person.

I used AVA parking this week for cruise holiday I had problems finding the location I got very confused so I called the company and the lovely chap who was in charge talked me through how to get there and upgraded my booking for no extra cost very impressed with how they solved my problem The car was secure and safe . definitely use this company again thank you Julie

We used AVA Parking on our recent weeklong cruise from Southampton. Following our booking we were provided with information about how to find the car park with post code, map coordinates and what three words. On the way to the car park we messaged to say we were about 30 minutes a way and the person we spoke to said we could ring for help finding the location if we were struggling.
On arrival we handed over the car key and were given a lift to the cruise terminal with our bags (there is a park and walk rate that is about £10 cheaper - I’d estimate it would be a good 20-minute walk).
On our return from the cruise we messaged the company as we left the ship and our lift arrived about three minutes later, this meant we were able to be in our car and heading home by 07.45.
I will definitely use for future cruises from Southampton.

We used Ava parking in September and tge service was great. We disembarked earlier than we expected, before they were actually open. They still managed to get a driver to us with 15minutes. I messaged them today as I couldn't find my original booking as I wanted to book for next year and I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text to them with all the details that I needed to rebook. Fantastic company highly recommend them. Only 5 minutes from the port.

It's the first time we have used this car park so I was abit unsure. But the service was absolutely fantastic! Communication was great also. We parked up the car and immediately a guy came over and helped put all our luggage into his car . It was a very short drive and we were dropped off outside the terminal. On our return journey we arrived back at a different terminal but this wasn't a problem. We literally waited a couple of minutes and a car arrived with a very helpful gentleman. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Great service from start to finish. Easy booking, calls to check our ETA and on arrival at the car park and the terminal we were dealt with very professionally. We definitely use them again.

Excellent service. We dropped the car off & were immediately taken to the terminal. On our return the driver arrived shortly after we had rung to say we were ready. Although the ship arrived back at a different terminal it wasn’t a problem.We will definitely use this company again.

Used this on our recent cruise from Southampton, we found this not only a very good price for the nine days, way cheaper than CPS, but just as convenient, close to the port with an excellent shuttle service, 4 people all our bags this was no issue, would highly recommend this parking option for cruises from Southampton.

Just absolutely excellent service, from dropping of the car, vehicle waiting to take the luggage and us to the Sky Princess in minutes!

On return we were early of the ship so rang them and the call was answered with “hello Eric, you off with baggage and awaiting pick up”

Needless to say Mayflower terminal was a mess, but our driver found us, and a few mins later, back and my car waiting boot open, luggage in, (no extra mile on the clock) we were home well before expected!

Really high impressed with the service. I would have missed the cruise ship if not for the professional handling of the guys. What's more? The safe keeping of my car was second to none despite the fact that I just, I mean, just dropped it without any evidence of collection. All paper works were sent by WhatsApp and all proved to be genuine. I doff my hat, guys.
