Booked late due to a misunderstanding on our "free" parking through Iglu. Really good service with very quick transfers to and from ship. All staff were friendly and helpful.

We were first time cruisers and the service provided by AVA Parking was first class and made the experience of arrival and departure run very smoothly. We literally had no waiting time either end and the staff were all very polite. Will definitely use them again next time.

Very well organised, no fuss, straight to ship on arrival at the parking. Pick up was quick when we rang to be collected. A bottle of water each for the journey. We will book with them again next we cruise from Southampton.

Again Ava made our holiday so special. Imagine arriving after a 2 hour drive from London, eager to start our cruise to be greeted by our name, given a spot immediately and a bottle of water each and at the ship terminal in 20 mins.

Collection just as smooth. Appeared straight away after calling, again greeted by name and whizzed back to our car and sent on our way immediately. Of course with another bottle of water.

First time cruising from Southampton and leaving the car with AVA parking. Easy to book. Easy to find. The people are great and I never had to wait long for drop off and pick up. They were super friendly and would recommend to anyone cruising from Southampton. Cleaned the car and was out of there in no time. Can't fault them! Thanks all

Found AVA parking on line and booked for our cruise from Southampton and so glad we did. Transfer went perfectly!!!!! Parked the car, taxi took us to the port and on return one phone call and the return taxi was with us in minutes. Staff were brilliant and the service was faultless. Can’t recommend highly enough 👍

A great experience. We couldn’t book at the port as it was full so tried this park and ride, as an older couple we were a bit anxious about whether we could find it and if the transfers would go smoothly. Very pleasantly surprised and absolutely no regrets, a very smooth and well organised transfer. Very friendly and welcoming team. Immediate taxi there and back and a complimentary bottle of water for the journey home. I would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

We parked at AVA parking for our cruise from Southampton port. They drove us the short drive from the car park to the port and provided us with bottled water for the journey. Very good quick service

Great value for money. Smooth process from start to finish. Able to contact them at any time. Only 10 min walk to cruise ocean terminal. Easy route. Very friendly team there and when we were struggling bringing our suitcases back as a wheel broke off, one of the members of staff came to help. Saving us both physically and mentally at this point! We were given water on arrival which was really appreciated. Will definitely use again :) THANKYOU

Really good service provided. Process was seamless. Staff were super helpful and even arranged for me to grab a lift down to the port. On return the welcome was friendly and a breakfast samosa was really appreciate.

Amazing!
I bumped into AVA parking online, so glad I did. Great place to park for cruises leaving Southampton, everything was smooth, from arriving at the car park, being dropped off at the terminal and the return. The water and samosas made our journey home much nicer.

Brilliant parking company very friendly and helpful, transport to cruise terminal very efficient and after making a quick call on our return they ensured a car was dispatched within 15mins. Would definitely recommend and use next time.

Absolutely fabulous experience! Local to the centre to enable you to get any last minute items. Transfers to and from the port without any problems. Even gave my car a wash - not sure if that is standard practice or that my car was too dirty - 😂. We would highly recommend AVA Parking.
