I found the company very rapacious and greedy.As soon as the appointment was booked they were putting pressure on me to pay the £1000 fee,despite my difficulty accessing my late Father's bank account.
The survey was booked for 2 hours but the Surveyor was in and out within 1.5 hours.
The Surveyor reported faults which weren't even there.Eg.1.Stating that there was no Japanese Knotweed visible but it is known to grow in the area so it could be present!
2.No nuisances detected but I only visited in the morning so there may be nuisances if you visit at other times of the day.
3.Moss growing on the roof could affect drainage of water off the roof.What absolute rubbish!

Level 2 Survey. During the quote gathering stage, the staff took the time to answer comprehensively my many questions. After arranging a Level 2 survey, they were helpful in forwarding further relevant information I had to the surveyor. Right before the survey, the surveyor Andrew called to go over the further information I had sent and confirm what will be done. Following the survey the report was comprehensive, providing me with all information necessary to proceed with the next phases of my property purchase. Thank you.

Commissioning a Level 3 building survey is naturally a bit nerve-wracking (price-wise), but working with this company, and Alex in particular, made the entire process seamless and incredibly reassuring.

The written report was exceptionally thorough and even included drone footage, giving me clear pictures of the roof and highlighting a much-needed chimney repair that I otherwise would have missed.

I called to book a survey after being recommended to them by an estate agent. They were extremely polite and professional on the call and got a survey booked in promptly.
The survey was done within a week or two and I received the report a couple of days later. The surveyor (Bill) provided great advice when I wanted clarification regarding some items on the report.
