Founded in 2004, Avery & Co are experienced and independent Chartered Surveyors. We have local surveyors covering Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire and North Wales. We specialise in residential surveys and valuations, we are fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and our surveyors are local, highly qualified, and honest. We are able to offer a variety of valuations for purposes such as; purchase, sale, taxation (capital gains tax and inheritance tax/probate), Help to Buy, expert witness, and affordable housing including Rent to Own, Right to Buy, Right to Aquire and Shared Ownership. We offer RICS Surveys known as a 'Level 2' (HomeBuyer Report) and a 'Level 3' (Building Survey). These reports are designed for people wanting to purchase a new home or investment property. He phoned on the day of the survey to ask if there were particular areas or poonts that were significant for me.
After sending the survey to me he was happy to answer a couple of additional queries that I had.

EXEMPLARY SERVICE.
From start to finish, the service and customer care was EXEMPLARY.
The admin staff who dealt with my requests were unflappable and super-efficient.
The star of Avery & Co, for us, was undoubtedly ALEX GRIFFITHS.
Thus far his Surveys on the three properties we were considering buying have been carried out with a minimum of delay with Alex going out of his way to ensure speedy survey reports.

Absolutely amazing service and…
Absolutely amazing service and guidance. I am in the process of purchasing a home and required a home buyers survey.
Lou went above and beyond to get me an earlier appointment, she was very professional and very friendly, she understood my urgency in getting a survey completed asap and arranged for a surveyor to be there in the time frame i required.
Phil the surveyor was an absolute diamond! He was kind enough to give me an update call soon after he did the survey and then promptly prepared the report.
Avery is a very professional organisation that will always try to accomodate customers where ever they can. Thanks for the great work! I have already reccomended them to friends and will use them again as and when required.

Arranged a survey only 9 days after first contact
Arranged a survey only 9 days after a phone call and the survey report by email 2 days later. A very detailed report pointing out a lot of small problems that we had not seen after twice viewing the property, also reporting on a couple of items we wanted a professional opinion on. Altogether a very good service.
