Ian exhibited exemplary professionalism and patience throughout my travel planning, consistently providing prompt and thorough responses despite my being a nightmare client with frequent delays in responding to his phone calls and my exhaustive inquiries regarding logistics, accommodations, and regulatory matters, seating plans, luggage allowances, you name it, I asked about it!
Following an unavoidable booking cancellation due to hotel room unavailability, he processed my deposit refund within the hour. Subsequently, I rebooked the itinerary—opting for the premium room he had previously proposed.
