Having decided to look into having awnings fitted above two sets of bifold doors, given the investment I wanted to ensure the end result would be good quality, long lasting and of course aesthetically pleasing. The entire process with AwningSouth was pleasant. Contact with the office was professional and courteous (not pushy) and the advice very helpful. The two fitters who carried out the initial survey and then the installation filled me with confidence (they clearly know their stuff!). I am absolutely delighted with my two gorgeous blue awnings and feel I chose the right company for the job. Highly recommend.

I am delighted with my Weinor Cassita II awning. From start to finish all the staff have been so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them in helping me to choose the fabric and size. The fitters, Kevin and Mark were first class and even did a second site visit to ensure that the size was right for me. I live in Sussex so am not local but I chose Awnings South due to their well-deserved reviews. I would highly recommend them.

From first contact, I have been so impressed with this company. Everyone I have been in contact with was professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I was kept informed at every stage of the process, which was brilliant. The awning itself is of superior quality, and I was spoilt for choice when it came to the colour, of both of the fabric and the metalwork.

I have been impressed with Awningsouth from the first time I contacted them. At all times I had a prompt and pleasant service from the office staff. The visit to measure and decide on the fabric was done very professionally as was the installation. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Excellent service from initial call (Yasmin) to installation (Glenn and Richard). The awning looks perfect and advice and suggestions were given (but without being pushy). Having seen a colleague’s awning, when I moved to a new house in an area of the country that I didn’t know well, I had no idea where I could buy one.
As so often nowadays I turned to Google and saw the name Awningsouth nearby at Romsey and have not had any cause to regret it. Electric awnings are potentially an expensive minefield but I was taken through the options, which were explained and demonstrated well.
I placed an order and eight weeks later a handsome awning was expertly fitted without any problems. I would like to thank the showroom staff and the fitters for their friendly and efficient service.

Love love love our awning it has made a great difference to our garden. The fitting of the awning was quick and hassle free. The sales process and initial surveying of our site was quick and not at all pushy (I could have done with a little more reassurance to be honest.)
All in all, fab product, great company, good sales process and installation. Would recommend.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to final fitting. Due to COVID, we didn’t visit a showroom but all samples were brought to us, the advice given on style and features was really spot on. The fitting was carried out neatly and efficiently, with incredibly polite staff all the way through the process. Communication on delivery and fitting dates was also really good. Now a little wait for sunny summer days to enjoy

All members of staff have been very professional, helpful and friendly throughout so we are completely satisfied with the service received. My only gripe would be the lead time but this was explained at the time and out of the Companies control, we now have to wait about six months to enjoy it!
