Awning south have just fitted a awning for me and it has been a excellent experience.
From my enquiry till the fitters leaving once the awning had been fitted, I having nothing but praise.
The choice of awning and fabric was made easy at the showroom, the fitter coming to assess the fitting to my property.
The fitter was knowledgeable and the fitting was completed in a clean and tidy manner.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. We had good advice on what would best suit our garden, the product itself is excellent, bot functionality and quality. We were kept informed of delivery etc throughout, and the fitting was brilliant. All the staff we dealt with were polite, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The product is a little expensive, but you certainly get what you pay for, and we couldn't be more pleased.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Awningsouth. The fitters were clearly very experienced and competent and made a very neat job when they installed the awning. The German-made product itself was not cheap but is well engineered and of top quality. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish with Awningsouth – from prompt responses to our initial enquiry and to all subsequent e-mails, to provision of advice, to arranging a site survey and to the installation itself. They were also honest about timescales and kept to the planned installation date. All staff we dealt with were very professional and courteous, We are delighted with our new awning and would certainly recommend Awningsouth to anyone else.

We have had an excellent experience with Awningsouth . From the request for a quotation through the assessment visit, the final quotation and installation the communication was perfect , Glenn and his team did a very professional job in advising us on the right solution and then installing the awning .
We are now enjoying our awning, hoping for a sunny summer.

Fantastic service from AwningSouth. We now have a lovely motorised awning, to replace a rusty deteriorating manual awning on the south side of our house.

The surveyor was very knowledgeable, at the survey visit, he assessed everything - the structure of the house, existing electrics, and we discussed what we needed/ didn’t need, so we were not “sold” extras we didn’t need.

The staff kept us well informed of shipments from the suppliers. The awning was installed on the original installation date. Very efficient and everything was fully explained.
We are delighted with the awning and the installation and recommend AwningSouth.

The level of service received from Awningsouth was top class from the beginning to the end and the installation staff on the day worked very hard in the rain to get the job done properly

Couldn’t be happier with our new awning. The service was great from start to a very efficient finish. The gentleman who came to survey and then to fit was so helpful. Communication friendly and professional. would highly recommend.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new awning. Awnings South have been a delight to work with from the time of my initial inquiry to completion. I was keen to use a local company and am really pleased we did. Glen arrived promptly to undertake the initial site survey and gave excellent advice. Installation took place on the date we were given and Glen with Richard were exceptionally efficient arriving punctually. We can't wait to have better weather so that we can start using it! I can highly recommend Awnings South, the team and the quality of the workmanship of the team and the product. I am so delighted we went with this great local company. Thank you all.

Awning now three years old and trouble free. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the awning. It is an excellent product. The fitters were very competent and pleasant.

We have a north facing rear patio which, from mid afternoon has sun blazing on it. We approached Awning South for a solution.

They proposed Opal full cassette patio awning measuring 6.5m x 4m this high quality German awning is fully electric operated with a hand remote controller. The quality was very good but we sourced the market to find cheaper.

That was a waste of time as though there are cheaper the quality was well behind. We placed our order and had a 1st class service throughout. The finished job is excellent and delivered on the exact day quoted.

Would fully recommend.

The whole process of dealing with Awningsouth from initial quotation to installation was excellent. There was no pressure upselliing, the visiting sales and in-office administartion representatives were knowledgable, thoughtful and considerate and delivered what they promised. Likewise the pre installation survey gave every considersation to our needs and made useful recommendations. Finally the installation was carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail, consulting us on the finer points of the installation throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

An excellent service. Ultra professional and very understanding of the customers needs. Highly recommended.

Good service and the fitting team were really good. We did have a small issue in that the wind sensor could'nt be fitted in the middle of the awning due to the size of the unit but it was easily resolved as they mounted an external sensor near the cassette on the wall. Overall excellent service from quotation to installation. We really love the awning and wish we had done it sooner!

The awning was fitted very professionally to a very high standard. The installation was done on the agreed date by a very friendly team. It is so nice to have a job done to such a high degree of satisfaction. Thank you very much, I highly recommend anybody considering an awning to get in contact with AwningSouth.

Awning South Ltd supplied and fitted 1 motorised awning. The installation was carried out efficiently with no fuss or mess. The installer Glenn noticed a part was damaged. He immediately reported this to the office, who ordered the part from Germany. Within a week the part was replaced and the installation commissioned. Great service, highly recommended.
