I spoke to the same person over the phone on 2 occasions to ensure my trackers was set up the way I wanted them and the gentleman was very helpful fast and courteous
I have 3 trackers now which all work very well and I have told others to use back2you

Just had to charge up the battery of the tracker and then find somewhere to hide it in the vehicle. Went onto the website and using the instructions sent with the GPS I found it easy to set up, though the screenshots were printed very small. I now get an email and text when the vehicle ventures more than 1 mile from home …. and I can see exactly where I've been, how far it was, how long it took and, importantly, where the vehicle is now!

It was very easy to set up and the enclosed sim card gave useful data every time I asked it or moved the car. The additional bonus is that the tracker need not be tied to just one car but could be used on other cars when deemed useful. Thanks again for a great product.

I've had the tracker for about three weeks now, and everything seems to work very well. Minor queries were dealt with quickly and professionally by Back2you via online chat, so I can't fault their customer service. Whilst the battery is listed as lasting up to 1 year on a charge, it appears to be dropping by an average of 1% per day (20 days now, and showing 80% charge). That may of course be down to the fact that whilst testing it, it was being moved about quite a bit. Now that the caravan is stationary in storage, and the unit is spending a lot of the time 'offline', that drop may well improve of course - time will tell. Unfortunately for me my insurer will only give discounts for a certain 'other' make of tracker, which I think is probably a little snobby on their part, so I'll be looking to change to a different insurer when my current policy is due for renewal. That being said, I'm otherwise very happy with the tracker, and would highly recommend Back2you to others.

The delievery of the system was awful by the post office. It took four days and I eventually had to pick it up from the post office

Online chat was useful and items turned up very promptly.

They said it would be delivered when it was, they said it was fully setup, and it was. They said it would be simple to use, and it is.
Looks like a great little product, instructions could be a little bit more detailed but the help in the app/web login is great. Online help was very good too. Very pleased so far.

About a month ago now, I bought a Back2You tracker (A Guardian Extra) for my car and so far so good!
1. The battery life is incredible, I still have 75% battery left after 1 month of constant usage!
2. The live tracking platform is easy to use and the helpful phone app helped me check my car was where I left it whilst on holiday in Greece for 2 weeks, I was also able to set up the 'GeoFence' feature easily so that I got a push notification on my phone if it moved away from the house.
3. Its magnetic and battery powered so it was very easy to hide so that a potential thief wouldn't be able to find it easily.
4. Customer service from Back2You is by far one of the best companies i have had to deal with, a quick response and friendly staff made it easy to solve an issue with my delivery (that ended up being an issue with the courier, not Back2You's fault!).

Only just set up and installed but so far seems very good. Instructions clear and tracker does what it says on the box. Very impressed.

my tracker as got my caravan insurance cheaper.

Best thing I have ever got should have got this before my tools got stolen so I will catch the b%#%+*^ds next time

Only installed today, but looks great and works well. Just need to learn a little more .

****Update. Customer service has been fantastic throughout, I can’t praise it highly enough. I’ve receive a replacement unit, and have been using it for a few days now. So far, so good. It seems like the first one was a rogue, as can happen with any tech, the replacement is working perfectly. Rating amended accordingly. Tracker that works, great aftersevice - five stars.
I’ve had my tracker for less than a week - i chose one that gives live tracking; however, on two separate occasions, it has ‘frozen’, showing my location as being in that one spot on a journey, and just staying there for hours afterwards. That’s a real worry for me - it’s already failed to track accurately on two out of six days, and I just don’t trust it anymore. I got a very quick apology and reset after the first time, and a promise it wouldn’t happen again.... I’m waiting for an update after the second occasion, but giving serious consideration to buying an alternative. Shame, because the company have been great, and in theory the device is perfect for my needs. But not if it doesn’t work
**Update. Customer service has been excellent, star added. I have a replacement unit on the way, will update/amend review once it’s running.

Very helpful each time I have contacted them, nothing has been too much trouble and the tracker works very well. Would recommend it and them.

I bought a back2you Guardian Extra Live tracker for my motorhome, it arrived the next day nice box and well packaged. Nothing to do to set it up, though it was sent with my e-mail address wrong, a quick call to support and it was sorted in an hour. The version I have gives real time tracking, and you can set it to alert you if moved and for other events. The magnets are strong enough that it will be easy to hide attached to a metal surface. For a simple one off payment, half the cost of other devices at least and an annual fee which is also very reasonable for the sim, this does everything I need. Highly recommended!!!

Transaction lived up to all my expectations! Items were mailed & received in a timely manner, what more is there to say? Excellent!!!!
