Wow what can i say
Wow what can i say, unbelievable delivery time so quick, i usually don't rate dpd but they done really well and delivered into my porch which i didn't even write on notes, let's hope the printer is as good as delivery

Amazing company and customer service
Amazing company and customer service. Purchased a monza r5 a few days before Christmas and they went out there way to delivery on a Saturday, the same again today ordered on the Friday got a Saturday delivery.
Very good comms also, friendly staff. I will definitely be back again. Thanks guys 🙂

Amazing customer expirence all round
Bought a 9800x3d. Customer service from "Jamie" was excellent. He was able to locate me a cpu and hold it and it was then ship next day delivery. Cannot fault my interaction at all was amazing. Found a customer for a long time with their support for sure.

Fantastic service
Contacted Back to the Office as I had a question about the Moccamaster KBG Select, it was early Thursday evening when I sent it, so I did not expect a reply till the next day. I received a reply that evening from Jamie which answered my question. I Ordered it Friday morning and thanked Jamie for getting back to me and to say I ordered the Moccamaster (free delivery). He said he put on express service for me and it would be with me on Tuesday at the latest. Well I received it the next day, Saturday.
It was a great customer experience.

Incredible customer service!
I just want to start off by saying that I was sceptical of this company at first. As with any online retailer you've never heard of you can never be too careful but I bit the bullet and tried to order the product I found. After a small issue involving payment of a CPU I hadn't received an confirmation email and got worried because I'd seen the money leave my account. It was around 23:00 at this time and I sent an email just under the presumption that they would reply the following morning.
I received an email very quickly after with an actual person and helped me figure out the problem. The money was refunded due to being out of stock.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service provided by Jamie. It's also worth mentioning that the problem was NOT the companies, it was entirely mine.

I ordered a laptop for my son’s…
I ordered a laptop for my son’s birthday on Monday 7th October. On Wednesday the 9th I received an email to inform me that there was an inventory issue and they didn’t have the item in stock. Rather than just offering me a refund or to wait until the stock was back in, they offered me an alternative and one that was more expensive but at no extra cost to me, or the option to cancel the order. I am so grateful for the way this was dealt with. I understand that sometimes things happen that we cannot control.
The customer service was great and I for one cannot wait to see my son’s face on Sunday morning when he opens his presents!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Andy and the team at back to the office for you time, service and support! It has been greatly appreciated!
