Great service

I ordered a laptop for my son’s birthday on Monday 7th October. On Wednesday the 9th I received an email to inform me that there was an inventory issue and they didn’t have the item in stock. Rather than just offering me a refund or to wait until the stock was back in, they offered me an alternative and one that was more expensive but at no extra cost to me, or the option to cancel the order. I am so grateful for the way this was dealt with. I understand that sometimes things happen that we cannot control.

The customer service was great and I for one cannot wait to see my son’s face on Sunday morning when he opens his presents!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Andy and the team at back to the office for you time, service and support! It has been greatly appreciated!

To be honest, I heard about Back To The Office through a referral, so I went and had a look at their products and offerings, with a view initially to comparing them to other vendors where I shop usually for components and other peripherals, depending on what I need which is usually enterprise grade equipment.

I was impressed at how close the Back To The Office pricing was to those other competitors, some things were a little more (within 3%) and some others were less (within 5%) of the competitors. I knew I needed a printer and some other bits, so I went shopping.

I will admit, I knew what type of Printer I wanted, but I couldn't search properly to find the answer I was looking for, so me being me, I hit up the customer service team and basically asked the question of "Here is what I want, can you go find me it please?". I was not expecting a fast response, but I gave a budget, and off they went. I was not expecting a same day response.

The team came back to me that night (yes, out of hours), and gave me a couple of options if i recall, and one they put forward met all my requirements, was under my budget by a long shot, and was exactly what I was looking for. I placed the order along with another item I was looking for and it has arrived 2 days later.

It was only after I purchased the goods cause of the excellent service, that I actually did a price check, and Back To The Office were cheaper than competitors most of the time, and was one of the items which was 5% cheaper than other vendors. So props there!

I will be using Back To The Office in the future, and this is a recommendation for anyone here to look at them as well.

I emailed, out of office hours, to ask about a item being out of stock jn order to build a PC. I received an email within a few hours with advice and an action which was completed immediately. Within 24 hours and alternative was emailed to me and I was able to complete my purchase on 29th Sept. As this was a time sensitive order I'd hoped to have it for 6th October, they email again to say they'd expedite the build and send it so at the latest it would arrive on Fri 4th. Well after another courtesy email this morning to say it was shipped yesterday and should arrive today 2nd, it arrived!! I am so thankful to this team and their email correspondence person Andy. You've made my week so much better and made my sons 21st birthday with what will be one heck of a surprise!

I regretted buy AirPod from your company. Am pain seriously I ordered for a new unfortunately I received used downgraded AirPod far cheaper than what I ordered. Anytime I see the Airpod I feel am cheated alway.

This was my first time purchasing from them, and I had a very pleasant experience.

Even though I bombarded them with quite a few emails (my scatterbrain couldn’t remember which DHL service point I had diverted my parcel to—and I didn’t have a collection code either—my apologies for that!), they were incredibly helpful. They chased DHL on my behalf and kept me updated throughout the process.
