Too much AI and no human contact
Ordered a ring before the next day delivery cut off, I've had emails confirming that it has shipped/dispatched to DPD, DPD have not received it and keep referring me back to Bail and Stone who have promised it would be sent out today. However no one is answering the phone and there has been no more information from them. Extremely disappointing and have completely messed up plans. Unless they do same day delivery for Monday I am absolutely devastated

I was having a problem with my computer trying to order a necklace for my wife and so rang the helpline number on the screen. The young lady was so helpful and processed my order. The necklace arrived, although late for my wife's birthday, which I was told was owing to a problem with the delivery company. Nevertheless my wife was absolutely delighted
