Ring was as described, very professional presentation, box and bag. No due care or attention so definitely need to sort that out pronto. If not for the courier it would be 5 stars.

A refund label would have been nice
I ordered a pretty 9ct gold bangle and loved the design and value for money .
Sadly the bangle was much too large , and had to be returned . I had to pay £8 for tracked postage , hence my rating .

This transcript clearly shows underhandedness when purchasing online When the earrings are clearly NOT Solid Gold as they are hollow with another base metal copper or stainless steal. But it clearly does not state this in the item description on the website. so are in-fact gold plated.
