Terrible service. Unresponsive. Maintenance person left and 3 hours later the alarm went off. They called and sent an engineer but he never came. I have followed up twice and no one has called or email. Total joke.

Three emails changing the date of mtce call. The guy that did the job was great - his admin backup was disappointing

Great quick service from William at High Street Kensington branch!

William was very efficient . As a householder and Banham customer of about 50 years he was reassuringly strict about the necessary security process but extremely helpful in overcoming it . He then stayed late to give me the eight keys that I needed. Altogether excellent.

The engineers were nice but I was truly surprised to see them ringing my door bell as I had previously called and emailed to postpone the date that had been changed without my consent. It was a chance that the engineers found me home as I had to go to work and had very little time for the service!

The operative was efficient and friendly.

James (?) telephoned ahead to tell me he was on his way with an ETA:
He was on time, professional and answered my questions effectively.
I believe he’s an excellent ambassador for your company.

Very nice chap who rang me an hour and a half before he arrived to check I was still okay with timings. Polite and efficient service

Excellent service- came within timeframe given and let me know w/i 15mins before arrival. Two service men took off shoes and tested and changed all batteries inside and out, and tested the system worked before leaving taking abt 45 mins in all- thank you.

Arrived in time for service. Friendly engineers. Efficient service.

Popped in about 20 mins before closing time on New Year’s Eve, because the previously made copies were done manually rather than with the laser machine, therefore they didn’t work on our doors.

As I came in I was greeted by both Yohannes and Maryam, who regardless of closing soon, said they’d make all the faulty copies again.

While there, another customer showed up looking for a latch lock unit, which unfortunately was out of stock but they walked them through all the steps to order a new lock before New Year’s Day.

By the time the other client left, my keys were ready and they even walked me out of the shop. 5 star service from these two super professional members, which unfortunately, is not a common thing at yours stores. These 2 represent what Banham service is really about.
