Absolutely great customer service! The banner is lovely and looks exactly how I imagined it

We asked the team to produce a banner for our wedding (to be a family keepsake afterwards) and Amy and Joe were so prompt with their communication all the way through. We went through a couple of design iterations and Amy didn't once make us feel we were being an inconvenience and always tried to meet our requests - the result was something really special. And when it arrived we were blown away by the level of skill and accuracy in the sewing.

It was such a statement piece for the wedding and we loved it and will continue to love it!

Couldn't be happier with the custom banner we had made for our wedding this summer!
