We absolutely love it! Amy went back and forth with us, with such patience, until we felt the design was exactly right for us, and then the shipping was really quick and the quality of the banner is amazing. Can't wait to put it up at our wedding in 2 weeks!!!

Excellent! I bought a DIY banner and tried to source my own white fringe without success, had the idea to email and ask if they had any I could purchase and so helpful! All sorted with a few emails and came in the post shortly after. Hassle free. (Also offered for me to send the banner back so they could sew the fringe on properly! I was impressed.)
Also the quality of the banner is amazing, I haven't put it together yet but seems easy enough to do. Would definitely order from here again.

A gorgeous momento from our wedding day!
We contacted Banner Dept. in the hope of bringing our fondness for the Lake District into our wedding decor - and we could not have been happier! The design was brilliant on the first go, merging our inspirations and reference images beautifully to create a gorgeous backdrop to sit behind our sweetheart table.
