I recently used a bond cleaning and carpet steaming service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely flawless. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough.
They took the time to clean every nook and cranny of the apartment, ensuring that it was spotless. The attention to detail was remarkable, and they even tackled areas I had almost forgotten about—like the baseboards and ceiling fans.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Coming to our end of lease, my partner hired these “cleaners” for a bond clean, which we were originally quoted $740 for…these “cleaners” saw the house and demanded that we pay another $330 on top of the $740 because they didn’t realise that it would be that messy.

So after spending over $1000, I was expecting an amazing deep clean, with all the walls, floors, cupboards, benches etc done. Upon my arrival to check out the job they did, it was evident that the floors were not vacuumed or mopped, the walls still had scuff marks on them and they even left a mess on the floor in one of the rooms.

This is absolutely appalling work, especially for $1000. Nothing that was actually NEEDING to be done got done.

AVOID LIKE ITS YOUR MOTHER IN LAW !

My friend paid in advance for an end-of-lease clean with BCIC Bond Cleaning in Melbourne, and they never showed up. No calls, no updates, nothing. She was left completely stranded on the day she was supposed to hand over her keys, had to delay returning her apartment, and ended up paying another company last minute just to fix their mess. It was stressful, expensive, and completely unprofessional.
Avoid them at all costs!

I commissioned through this website for my end of lease flat cleaning - they mandated BCIC to do my cleaning and Marina Dkhottiya messaged me from 0452 229 882 that Hemal Fernando will do the cleaning (naming and shaming them because why the hell should I not?!? Their audacity had me writing this review in the first place)-
I was charged 480$ before their arrival. Hemal took my keys and was supposed to complete the job in the afternoon. When I came back on the evening NOTHING WAS DONE ! They lied saying the cleaning will happen in the night (wtf) and be ready in the morning, but in the following day my noon, it was still not cleaned. I only received a sms saying the job was done with only "before picture" and no "after" one. They only reverted my calls once I send a email threatening them sue and report to Australian Consumer affairs and police - I had to take half a work day off to get my keys back (for real) and handle the stress to 1/ get reimbursed this felony of a website 2/ threaten them (like I had only that to do) 3/ Get my keys back 4/ argue with Hemal who tried to play the victim saying he slept in his car waiting for the cleaning (wtf bis but with extra anger) and it was not his fault.

Don't fall for this website - it's all a scam

They did not clean anything

1 star because I cannot put any less. BCIC was the company hired for the cleaning. They took my keys and then did not clean anything. I paid for an end of lease cleaning with carpet cleaning. Came back the night of the "cleaning", they had done nothing. I called the cleaner, he said they would do it overnight. In the morning I receive an email "Job completed" but there were no "after" pictures so I went back to the apartment at noon, still nothing cleaned.
The cleaner was not responding to my calls anymore. Mind you he still had the keys. Took me more than 20min to get in touch with someone from customer service. I sent email telling them I would sue and call the police if they did not give me a full refund and my keys back.

I got my keys back, I'm still waiting for the refund.
Conclusion: This is a scam. Stay away

Buyer Beware – Unprofessional, Unethical, and Misleading

Let’s be clear - when I called to request an end-of-lease clean, the quote provided over the phone was for a full end-of-lease clean. You cannot tell me that doesn’t include cleaning an in-built fridge - that’s a basic expectation in any proper bond clean.
What’s not mentioned in their response is that there were two cleaners, and one of them spent a considerable amount of time on the balcony calling the company to complain about the job rather than actually cleaning. After they left, I personally spent over two hours cleaning areas that were either ignored or left in an unacceptable state — cupboards, drawers, and surfaces that any reasonable cleaner would have covered in a bond clean.

They also left the air conditioner running when they departed - another sign of carelessness and lack of professionalism.

The worst part, however, was the constant phone calls throughout the day demanding extra money and threatening to pull the job if I didn’t agree. Shameful, to say the least.

And yes, I do consider my request for a partial refund of $250 more than reasonable, given the stress, inconvenience, and incompetence I experienced.

If anyone doubts my experience, I encourage you to read the other poor reviews - there’s a clear pattern here. This company draws you in with a competitive quote, then pressures you for more money once the job starts.

Do not be fooled. Avoid this company at all costs.

BCIC’s end-of-lease cleaning is shockingly unprofessional. The apartment was completely vacant, yet the cleaners ignored essential areas like drawers, cupboards, and other key spaces, leaving them either untouched or cleaned to an unacceptable standard. During the scheduled booking, the team spent more time complaining on the phone from the balcony than actually cleaning, which feels like a deliberate tactic to pressure customers into paying extra — completely unethical.
I was badgered throughout the day to pay more money on top of the $510 already paid and threatened that the job would be discontinued if I didn’t comply. This is a scam; they lure you in with a quote and then try to squeeze more money out of you.
The refrigerator is a built-in feature, yet BCIC absurdly argued that it made the apartment “furnished.” Excluding cupboards and drawers from an end-of-lease clean is against standard industry practice, and their failure to deliver what was explicitly booked is a clear breach of service. The photos I provided clearly show multiple missed or poorly cleaned areas, and I personally spent over two hours re-cleaning myself — an outcome that is utterly unreasonable given the service I paid for.
When I raised my concerns, BCIC offered a $50 gift voucher - insulting, dismissive, and useless. I would never use their services again or recommend them to anyone. If you value your time, money, and sanity, buyer beware — avoid this company at all costs.

On the day of service, our cleaning team observed that the property included two balconies, whereas the original quote covered cleaning for one balcony only. Additionally, the property had a built-in fridge, which, as stated in our quotation and terms, is not included in a standard bond clean unless specifically added as an extra service.

Both additional items were discussed with you prior to commencement, and our team offered to include them for a reasonable extra charge, which you declined, requesting that we proceed strictly as per the quoted scope.
It’s also important to note that the apartment was significantly larger than the standard size on which our estimates are based.

As outlined during booking, all quotes are estimated according to average property sizes and subject to adjustment if the actual conditions vary. Upon inspection, our supervisor explained that an additional six hours would be required to bring the property fully up to bond-clean standards, including detailed cleaning of drawers, cupboards, and the second balcony. This was also declined, and our team was instructed to continue within the originally approved time frame.

Despite these limitations, our cleaners completed all accessible areas within the quoted hours and did their utmost to deliver quality results. Nevertheless, to acknowledge your dissatisfaction, a goodwill refund of $65 was offered. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate your request for a $250 refund, as the service was completed substantially in accordance with the agreed scope and within the approved timeframe.

We always strive for transparency and fairness in our pricing and communication. While we regret that our service did not meet your personal expectations, we believe this explanation will help clarify that our team acted professionally, communicated transparently, and performed the job within the scope and timeframe authorized.

A very elaborate SCAM

A very elaborate SCAM. Did all my usual checks when booking companies online, paid $480 through their booking link for a bond clean. Was advised a cleaner would arrive at 8am.
I arrived at the property at 7:50am to let them in, I waited around until 9:30am and still no one showed up. I called the numerous numbers they have a dozen times all being left on hold and then hung up on.
It’s now 10:30am, I disputed the charge with my bank and told them I would be reporting them to the police and Australian Business Commission (since they have a .com.au website) and all of a sudden I’m bombarded with calls after being told that the cleaner has “magically shown up” however I was at the property and they weren’t there.
Only after being threatened did they return my phone calls.
No one show up, A HUGE PATHETIC SCAM AND COMPANY.
I’ve reported them in every way I can.
NEVER USE THEM.

The worst cleaning service I've ever…

The worst cleaning service I've ever used – This company is a scam, the first cleaner said they were at the property and they'd wait for me to arrive, when I arrived they left and ignored all my calls. BCIC did nothing to resolve this issue except order me another cleaner for 2 days later which was the "earliest available".

The second cleaner did such a bad job that I've been refused all of my bond, and my landlord is visibly annoyed with me. I've attached images and videos to show just how bad it is. It's like the cleaner just wiped the floor with water and left.

This company is fantastic! Reasonably priced and excellent customer service.
Great quality cleaning service. My apartment was cleaned to a perfect standard which passed the outgoing inspection without any need to return. I received 100% of my bond back thanks to them.

polite and very hard working

The service was polite and very hard working. The room looks quite good, and I’m happy with the outcome for what I paid for. The only thing I would change is how details for the service are selected, I thought I was getting floor scrubbing but only found out that I wasn’t after the service was completed.
