Everything worked very well, very friendly assistance, all items on stock, even made in Ireland, fair price, delivery within two days super punctual.

The service itself was brilliant but the product itself is absolutely trash. Have my bed just a little over a year now and it's held together with hopes and payers by now. After only 2 months in, the "non slip" covers that they had put on the legs of the bed had completely ripped off and even took a piece of my flooring with them. I'm now forced to do a cat crawl each time I get into my bed as not to disturb the delicate pieces of wood that are barely holding together underneath me.

There was missing part in the order and the customer representatives are so rude. Once the sale is done and money is paid, then they don't care. I will never buy from them and spread the feedback among my friends group.

Stay away from them.

Spoke to a lovely man on the phone, I think his name was Jack, he helped me pick out a bed for my son. He was very patient and knowledgeable on the products. When the bed arrived, the delivery men were soo polite and friendly. I don’t understand what the bad reviews are about because my experience was above and beyond. They tidied up after themselves and were soo good with my dog. I have seen some bad reviews on here but in my opinion they are all fantastic and lovely people

I ordered a single double bed frame, mattress & mattress protector from beds.ie.
I chose the "good for a child's bed/ rented accommodation" mattress. I wouldn't find it comfortable at all myself but it will be perfect for my 4yo.
I've just put the bed together, it took less than 1 hour & it was easy to assemble although, I love to DIY!

Ordered a bed, promptly delivered by their courier, though the courier simply dropped it at the door, knocked once and scarpered. I didn't know it was delivered until I got home, as Fastway don't do text messaging like DPD do.

The drama starts here. Opened the package, found one item was missing, a cover, and one of the side clamps for the folding bed.

They didn't know what kind of clamp goes on the product they sell so I have to send photos. They knew they didn't include the cover but didn't bother to tell me this, I had to ask.

Fastway again used to deliver the cover. Rather than doing so, at the rather suspicious time of 16:59 they logged it as attempted to deliver, as if I wasn't in when I was.

Complained about this to Fastway via Trustpilot, got a cut and paste reply, from Fastway, and when I complained about that to Trustpilot I also go a cut and paste reply from Truspilot.
Complained about Fastway to Beds.ie, they replied to 'Thomas' and said it was delivered.
Who is this 'Thomas'?
When will I get the side clamp that I sent photos of as well? Are you sending those to 'Thomas'?

Hopeless really, AI-based chatbots have taken over, there is no human left in the loop.

I bought a bed over a year ago, which has now broken. This is a metal bed which cost over €400, so definitely not a cheap one, and yet… I’m appalled at such bad quality!
I contacted customer service who talked to their suppliers who replied that this had been “done by force by pulling the top of the headboard”, which I can assure you was not! Do yourself a favour and do not waste your money on this company!

I highly recommend them 100%. I urgently needed 2 mattresses. I spoke to them through the chat on their website and explained my situation. They accommodated my order as an urgent delivery and I received the mattresses in less than 48 hours. They even called me to confirm the delivery. Both the sales service and the delivery men were very professional and friendly.

Furthermore, the mattresses are perfect. Excellent value for money.

The bed is great quality, the assembly was easy but it takes a bit of time, not worth saving the $$

The sketchiest company I've ever dealt with! I was in the market for gold or bronze type metal bed frame when I came across this website and found the perfect bed frame, reasonably priced at around €200. I ordered it and then got an email saying it was out of stock and had to wait 2 months. I waited and and when it finally arrived, THE COLOUR WAS SO FAR OFF. Mind you, it clearly said champagne and the image on the website looked gold. What I got was a grey metal bed with microscopic flecs of glitter. I proceeded to email and call about this, providing pictures of what I got and what the website showed and he basically said that the image is an enhanced version of it or something I don't even know, but he didn't apologise for it anyways.

Putting it together I then had more problems because the holes for screwing in were off and the metal is so cheap it bends. I didn't have the money to be spending on another bed frame so I ignored it. Months later it squeaks because the bolts are loosening and I have to tighten it every now and again. For €200 this should be sturdy I shouldn't have to be worrying about it coming loose.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I just want to compliment Beds.ie for their fantastic customer service. From my first enquiry to delivery everything was first class. A special shout out to the two 'wee boys' who delivered, took away old mattress and put new one on bed for me. All with a friendly smile and no hassle, courteous attitude. Most importantly my new mattress is fabulous, I love it, quality and affordability. I will definitely be ordering again from you. Thanks Miriam

Brilliant!! Rang them Monday afternoon, completed purchase on phone. Bed delivered on Wednesday morning! Amazing!! Good quality products. Excellent prices.... Best I could find.

Thanks very much for delivering and assembling the bunk beds. The communication was excellent because I received a phone call advising about the ETA in two days time, received a text message last night confirming the time of arrival which was honored. One here, the lads asked where I wanted the bed located, positioned, position of the ladder etc., Really smooth service from start to finish hence, I highly recommend Beds.ie.

Beds.ie resolved all my issues with the bed. I really appreciate the effort they went to to put everything right, above & beyond!

All my friends are so jealous of the storage, and I can’t remember when I last slept so well.
