Great Cust service ! Over the phone and via web chat ! Very professional and friendly- I ordered a bed over Xmas and hoped to get it by then - they called me the day before to confirm delivery and bed arrived before Xmas as promised !

Their customer service is awful and I found them unreliable in my dealings with them - avoid at all costs.

Great service - before placing my order I had a couple of questions which were answered promptly on the webchat service. My order was delivered within 6 working days. Beds.ie called me in advance to confirm a delivery slot with me, their agent was friendly & very well informed. The delivery arrived on time & right in the middle of the delivery slot. The quality of the mattress I received was better than I had expected & great value for the price. I would definitely recommend Beds.ie based on my experience.

This is a UK company which makes things very difficult.
Purchased a product that didn't work. The manager Gerry has a horrible attitude and found it impossible to deal with the situation.

The company has no customer service. So if a problem arises, they are very hard to deal with

We had ordered a bed in August with 6 weeks delivery time and moved house in September. Delivered was it last week, so 4 months delivery time in the end.
Customer Support was responsive but not upfront with regards to delays. No regular updates.
Quality of bed is good though.

Beds.ie has a great website which is easy to access and check what you need. We ordered a bed and the whole transaction was pretty easy. We were contacted few days before the delivery and it was delivered in great time. They gave us a time slot and arrived perfectly in that time. Can highly recommend Beds.ie.

Customer service was great and always very quick to respond. After I placed my order it turned out there would be a delay in the supply which meant the bed would arrive too late for my needs. This was clearly communicated to me and I was able to easily cancel my order and received a refund 2 days later.

Credit where credit is due, company notified me up front about a delay in delivery time, facilitated me to change model which was available without quibble and refunded balance straight away, regular contact to keep me updated, delivered on day and at time they had said. So well done beds.ie! Keep it up, your customer service was excellent across your team

Avoid. Their supply chain is hit hard by the pandemic, causing unexpected delays in delivery time. The delivery dates they have in their website for each item are inaccurate and should not be relied on, especially if you have a tight delivery date (moving houses, etc.).

Many industries are hit by the pandemic disruptions. What I did not like is that they were not upfront with that and set realistic expectations when I placed the order. Only after I placed it they brought up their supply chain issues, and that they are not committed to the delivery dates presented on their website. That has adversely affected by plans. I won't be shopping with them again,

Can't fault the service ordered a mattress on Tuesday arrived Friday, kept informed about delivery day and even give me a time slot on the day

I have bought a mattress from them, the quality is excellent. Delivery was a little slow, but they apologised and even gave me some free pillows.
The delivery driver was an absolute gentleman and more than helpful, i rarely give tips but he deserved his.

Total rip off. Purchased a mattress for €320, its a bit of foam. May as well sleep on a camp bed. Called to complain and very unhelpful response from sales manager. Company also using domain suggesting they are based in south without presence in the south of Ireland

Not only do they sell top quality products that are competitively priced. Gerry and the Team provide excellent Customer service right through to product delivery.

Buyer beware. An extremely disappointing purchase with little or no customer come-back when issues arose during assembly. This was an expensive piece of furniture that should warrant better customer service but instead I now have what I consider to be a substandard product.

I recently purchased a Parisot children's bunkbed on sale from beds.ie which was in terrible condition - several of the pieces (and there were many) were dirty and damaged. As the damage only became obvious after I had started to assemble the bed, beds.ie would not offer a replacement or a further reduction in price or any other form of compensation. My experience has been most disappointing with the result that I now have a sub-standard bed for which I paid more than I should have.

Also be warned - we were advised that bed assembly would take 2 to 3 hours - it took over 9 hours. And it is far from straightforward to assemble even for those well versed in self assembly furniture and with the correct equipment (i.e. drill gun etc.) Pieces do not fit together easily, wood glue (which is provided) is required to hold it pieces together making it more time consuming and fiddly. The frame is extremely heavy making the bed very difficult to move. Despite this the bed bases are not durable or particularly weight bearing and easily bend - they are literally two pieces of thin plywood.

One of the reasons the bed could not be replaced despite is the fact that it cannot be dissembled once glue has been used. This begs the question as to how the bed might be moved from the room it is as it is far to big and heavy to be carried through the average internal door. With that in mind - we were luck we assembled the bed in the room where we required it.

Even having purchased this at sale price, it was NOT worth it. My advice? Keep your cash and purchase a flat pack bunk bed from a Swedish flat pack furniture store (or similar) which should be easier to put together and where you ought to at least have more acceptable customer recourse should there be an issue post purchase or post assembly.

Great service,I ordered bed on Saturday and it was delivered Tuesday.Phoned to arrange delivery time and came at the time promised..Quality and value excellemt.Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Originally when I got the bed , there was a rip on the base but they changed it for me , so I put up a good review , 3 months on this bed is awful , the tufting on the mattress has these plastic pegs that stick up , making the bed so uncomfortable to lie in . 3 months old and I feel like it's ready for the bin , I was told by the manager that I must rotate the mattress at 3 months , when I complained , there was nothing on the bed to say that , no sign with instructions , so I rotated the mattress , and it's just the same , those pegs sticking up , and now there is a hole down the end of the bed where I slept on it , I was also told that because my bed is up against a wall, and not in the middle of a room , that i am using the same side to get in and out , this has damaged the bed , the men from beds.ie delivered the bed ,never said a word about it not being suitable to go against a wall,no instructions on the bed to say it could not go against a wall, I weigh 9 stone not 29 stone ,this bed is 3 months old ,it's a disgrace I paid 700 for this bed ,and 3 months old and it's no good to me ,I have scoliosis of the spine ,and this bed is making my symptoms worse ,

Bought a bed for 135e. Company kept in touch in regards to delivery and rang me the morning of the delivery to give me a more accurate time. No problems with communication. Bed quality is okay, you get what you pay for.

Ordered and paid for a bed and mattress. Price was competitive, I admit.
After some 2 weeks I was called and we arranged delivery on Feb 8 between 5pm and 7pm. On that date, their driver called me at 3:28PM and announced he would deliver my order in about 20 min time, i.e. before 4PM. Told him that I was still at work but will be ready to accept delivery during the arranged time window between 5 and 7.
The driver told me he cannot wait and a while later i received a call from the company. I was told that we need to reschedule. Later on, I agreed on delivery on Feb 13 between 1pm and 3pm. This time I insisted on delivery within that time window and was told yes, this time they would make sure.
On Feb 13 their driver called me at 10:04AM to announce delivery within the next 30min. So at best this would have been 2.5 hours before the begin of the "guaranteed" time window. Had to cancel again. Management called me later and I was informed that they cannot guarantee 2 hour delivery time windows (most logistics companies I have dealt have a strict 1 hour policy, BTW). So I cancelled and the company told me I would receive a full refund.
I haven't received the money so far but today I got another call instead from beds.ie. They wanted to arrange for delivery again. Within a 2 hour time window. :-D This representative was quite surprised when i explained that his company had already agreed to refund me.
I simply cannot deal with this level of unreliability. I just want my money back.
