Excellent service. Mattress arrived earlier than stated. All communication was good. Delivery men were kind and helpful. Would highly recommend Beds.ie.

Easy sale, good quality bed, delivered to a tricky location and guys were nice about it.

Great bed. Good service. Ordered double bottom bunk beds. Only thing I would recommend paying for assembly. It took my husband and I hours!! Kids love it though, and it’s pretty sturdy.

Avoid at all costs. You will be waiting forever much longer than 2-3 weeks mentioned. I went off Google reviews and didn’t see these reviews before ordering.

I ordered a bed on 20Jun, which at that time was advertised as "IN STOCK" and had picture attached with vertical split in the middle of the bed. (That's how you connect two frames together)
After 2 days they called back, saying it is not available and that it will be delivered in two weeks.
After two weeks my mom, to whom the account belongs, have called them demanding explanations.
They apologized and promised it will be delivered in another 2 weeks.
Bed was delivered yesterday and instead of vertical split, as advertised with the picture on the site, it has horizontal split.
It took them 36 days to deliver wrong bed!!!
I called today and reprimanded them for how they conduct their business, just to hear that they don't even have beds of this size, with vertical split.
When I said that the picture clearly shows vertical split, I heard that the picture is only there to give an idea of how the bed looks and it's not accurate representation of the actual bed.
THAT'S FALS ADVERTISMENT!

To say that they are incompetent, unprofessional and have zero integrity, is an understatement!

Their solution? I have to wait another few weeks, for them to graciously come, collect the bed and return me my money, so I can buy another one from someone else!

I will add on, that this bed is crucial for my spine recovery after a traffic incident which damaged two of my discs. Therefore I need a flat surface, without horizontal connection, because it does unfortunately matter.

I've never dealt with more disgraceful customer service in my entire life!

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Was told that delivery would take 2-3 weeks and the item was ready for delivery within 2 weeks. Excellent communication from the team at beds.ie. The delivery team were courteous and couldn’t do enough to help, after assembly they took away all the packaging. Delighted with the item and their service.

ordered a bed and 3 days later i was then told it wasnt in stock and they had "oversold" the item. I was notified by email without even an apology and told i could wait 3 weeks for the item to be back in stock. I then called the customer support line and the agent Aidan was extremely unhelpful and told me i could wait 3 weeks be refunded within 10 working days or i could purchase another bed. Agent showed absolutely no empathy and came across like he didnt care one bit. Terrible customer service.

Please do not buy from this company. Purchased a bed online it arrived. Mattress so hard you would be better sleeping on the floor. Really bad smell of bed and weeks later still smells. Contacted company rude and not interested. They wanted to charge me £79 sterling to collect. I intend to bring the matter further. I am stuck with a cheaply bed that I dont want in my house. Extremely poor Quality.

Terrible customer service. Guest bed faulty and couldn't be used. Although we called many times we were always told someone would call us back...no one ever did! Finally received a refund months later after the manufacturer got involved but 80 euros less than we paid.

Overall a really disappointing experience.

Ordered a double bed. Arrived within the week delivered by 2 very nice gentlemen. Bed is perfect quality. Very happy overall

Have to say my experience ordering a divan base from beds.ie exceeded my expectations.
I had a few questions first and was replied to promptly each time.
I placed the order this Tuesday and got an email really quickly confirming a delivery time. It was delivered this morning (Thursday) in the middle of the time window they said they'd deliver it. The two gentleman that delivered it were friendly and polite.
The bed was easy to assemble and good value with excellent service!
I got a 4 drawer divan base and it's not the most solid base in the whole wide world but for what I paid I'm really happy and know I'll get at least 5 years (prob more) out of it!

Great service. The mattress had to be made and delivered from Europe and the manager was in contact with us the whole way through the process.

I would highly recommend this company. Our driver arrived promptly within the time frame we were given ( Despite snow) and was so polite.
It is stressful buying a new home and lots of things have gone a wry for us but having to deal with Beds.ie was a breath of fresh air.
Our driver was so well mannered and patient when he couldn't find the house - as we have no eir code yet.
