Cart kept showing empty on first 2attempts to order a birdfeeder. Thought was ordering 1 bird feeder. When transaction complete was shown 3 . Just decided to accept. Ordered 05/25/26. Charged immediately for 2 with an added protection plan of 9.95 that was not aware of. Numerous emails from company to explain delivery delays.2 bird feeders delivered not until 06/17/26. Bird feeders poor quality and 1 damaged. Just received 3rd charge on credit card for another bird feeder. ??? Have not received. Don't feel like there would be easy return resolution so just going to say lesson learned .

Attempted to place an order. Website said card no good. Thought maybe I put exp date wrong. 2nd try same msg. Another card. Same msg. Email received showing 4 approvals. Called company, placed on hold then call declined. Fraud alert from cred card received. 4 charges. Different company names. 2 cards cancelled.

Had a Chase/Amazon card cancelled the first time and foolishly attempted the same purchase a day later with a second card. Same result. Now have 2 cancelled cards and probably a temporary hit to my credit rating. Stay away from these crooks!

States free shipping. Next day delivery. I made a purchase for $14.99 and was charged $29.97 Then I get this email:

Bank sent me a fraud alert. I declined the purchase so the bank called. Yup. Fraud

Emailed. They asked for my order number. Ummm there IS NO order number. Told me it’s the banks error. Ha.

My bank is pretty good with this stuff. So expect a full refund. Product? Doubtful.

I ordered and paid for an item I was told that it was going to be delivered Thursday then Friday and then today and I have not received my order yet I'm not sure why but feel like I have lost my money and am not happy. I feel like this is a scam but they don't contact me when I have sent messages and I don't know how to get my money back I can't remember the exact date only the month of May

Let me start off by saying I did receive my package. It was advertise for 2 to 3 days ended up taking about a week. And I did get what I ordered. The problem occurred about a week after I received my package. They tried to make additional charges to my credit card and have been doing it ever since which is about 2 weeks now. They also been using three different companies to try to get the charge to go through. Those websites are Shopzaven.com and Kelvoshop.com, and they just tried a new one earlier today and that one is Polrafashion.com. Luckily my bank confirms charges before they go through. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The service from this company was horrid. They advertised something comparable to other companies selling the same thing. They said it was solar.
What they sent was three little pieces of crap I could have gotten on Temu for less than a dollar each. I paid $18 each for something that couldn't even be used as a doorstop. PLUS they charged me a "$9.99 Handling fee" which I didn't ask for, and the 2-3:days promised was 8 days. They owe me a refund, which they have made no effort to pay.

Please, everyone that reads this, go somewhere else.

I would give zero stars if I could. I think this website might be a scam. First of all, I've never gotten a tracking number although I was promised it. Second, just like another reviewer said, the website says your shoes will be delivered the next day. Absolutely not. And unadvertised, I was charged an extra $8 for shipping. I ordered in late May 2 026 and have not gotten my shoes

My order was never delivered. On May 17, 2026, an email notified me that my order was shipped. I waited. May 21, an email from Belro stated the order was billed under marenonline. I then started receiving texts from a SpeedX driver (818) 943-1552, saying he had an undeliverable address. We texted back and forth. His last text said he would deliver it on another day. It never arrived.

Yeah, you guys aren't doing to good. I think you stole my money. OK,UPDATE! I WENT THROUGH GOOGLE
INSTEAD OF THE APP AND FOUND MY TRACKING NUMBER THROUGH MY EMAIL AND LOCATED MY PACKAGE! IT'S ON THE WAY. HAVE A LITTLE FAITH PEOPLE! BUT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG I'LL TELL YA! Ronny Lee.

This is a scam 100% operating under various names Belro, jomhome and many more. When you try to complete the transaction a red warning comes up saying your bank info is not valid..when you try another credit card the same thing happens. Their phone # is also a scam. As you are on hold with their phone # notifications are emailed to you that your 3 transactions went through but will not be billed by the Belro name. Since I only wanted to order 1 item
..I called my credit card banks. Both of them told me they tried to bill me 8 times, yes eight each under different names. Luckily for me both cards used Capital One and they had blocked all the attempted charges as they recognize these companies as scammy before I called.

Belro is a scam - they do NOT have your order here the next day and the orders come out of China, to be specific. I called twice to "check on my order" and was hung up on twice when I simply asked about the status of my order. They are a fraudulent company that is a scam, based upon my experience - still trying to get a refund for the junk they sell. DO NOT - AT ANY COST - order from them - they do NOT stand behind what they sell and will NOT respond to legitimate complaints about their products. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI, as they are - yet another - scam of a business with fake customer reviews and who advertises their company as a U.S. based shipping company - they are none of those things.

I ordered a travel child car seat from them. It was advertised as next day delivery. Without my selection, the order included and billed a $10 expedited shipping fee. The item took 2 weeks to arrive. The item has no labels, instructions, or specifications. It does not provide any safety information.
They did offer a partial refund upon contacting their customer service. I would recommend staying away.

No shipping info provided, showed up one night in flimsy bag, no box. And it's the cheapest piece of **** I've ever received. Barely moves stifle, barks constantly. So cheap i thre it away, didn't bother with returning-I'm sure that would have been a nightmare. DON'T PURCHASE IT!!!

I purchased a lamp feom Belro which I thought would be of good quality. All is made of cheap plastic. The lamp is rechargeable. Very cheaply made. They promote it for $19. Plus shipping $10 and then $10 insurance. Basically the total is $40. I rejected the Insurance. Seems they sent a defective one on purpose after rejecting the insurance. Made in China. I shouldn't be surprised.

Total scam. Inaccurate tracking number, doesn’t respond to emails, product never arrived.

I will never order from this company again and I will warn all my friends and family. They lie to and say next day delivery and it’s 10 days or more. They say they in California and the items come from China. The shoes zi ordered which is supposed to be leather smells of a loud chemical odor, I would return them but I don’t trust that I would get my refund.

The phone holder matched the photos and most of the description, but one key feature was misleading. The listing states that it is made of silicone gel material and requires no adhesive or glue, implying that it will stay in place on its own. However, there is no silicone gel base to hold the phone holder securely to the dashboard.
Instead, the package included a couple of double-sided adhesive squares. I am not willing to stick adhesive to my dashboard and risk residue or damage if I decide to remove or replace the holder later. If the product truly requires adhesive to stay in place, that should be clearly stated in the description. Unfortunately, it did not work as advertised for my needs.

I was originally going to give them a glowing review. Ordered an umbrella said it would come in 2 to 3 days. Received an alert from my bank asking me. Was this a fraudulent charge? I said no of course because I was trying to order something. Googled the company started seeing some reviews about scamming and a bunch more negativity. So I was thinking I had got scammed. Ended up taking about a week. Said it was shipping in the US. Ended up coming from China. Received a similar item that I ordered but wasn't the one that was pictured. Was feeling relieved and a bit happy that I didn't get scammed. I actually received something after reading the reviews. It's been about 2 weeks since I received my order and 2 days ago they tried to charge my card with other charges that I didn't authorize or know anything about.

This company claims to be from North Carolina there from China there deliveries say quick this is also not true been waiting on a product for 20 days when I try and track it says no package found. Don't waste your time or money this place is a scam.
