Horrible was trying to purchase men shoes. Kept stating not valid credit card.....Here up to 6 times used my valid credit to un legal charge my card. Fishing with my card. Reported to Chase Fraud Dept. Belro
Highly untrustworthy company.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a $30 item. They sent the wrong item and made it very difficult to return. Then they made me pay the $8 shipping cost to return it to them.

Terrible company and terrible product. Do not buy from them. Product arrived bent and mangled. Was promised a 50% refund, and has never shown up. Customer service reps hang up on you rather than trying to resolve the situation. Fraudulent company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! On May 17 I ordered a hydrotherapy foot spa with wheels and drain hose as a gift which I needed by June 1st. I was assured it would be shipped from North Carolina in just a couple of days. It took 19 days to get here because it was shipped from China and it arrived in very flimsy packaging and it was coming apart. It was not even the product I ordered. This was a very cheap substitute. I contacted the company and told them I wanted a full refund and a prepaid shipping label to return this piece of junk. They offered me 35% of what I paid and said I could keep it. I said I want a full refund because this item is useless. I was then told it was my responsibility to pay to have it returned. They insisted on a picture of the item I received, which I sent. It is now the end of June and they said I would get a refund but it could take up to 10 days to process and I could keep the item I received. My credit cared was compromised just two days after ordering so I had to cancel the card. I have informed them to mail me a check or money order. I was then informed that they could not refund any funds unless it was to be sent to the original credit card account from which the item was paid.
I have contacted the Attorney General in North Carolina about this company as well as congressman and attorney. This company goes by the name Torrinshop and Belro.

DO NOT BUY FROM this company. They have HIDDEN subscription enrolements to various companies under the gise of Vanta Commerce LLC. (Belro & Zivomedical) These 2 fraudulent charges of $34.95 each for 2 weeks in a row caused me great problems. My bank alerted me. I had to research who they are because I did not make any purchases. VANTA COMMERCE LLC can be reached at 1-850-403-3534. If you get a nice person, they will reverse the charge. BUT, they are very rude and abrupt. Vanta is the fraudster. All unauthorized charges are generated from them under different company names.

Website is difficult to use; mistakenly placed a duplicate order for sandals. Phoned them; cancelled the duplicate- but it arrived anyway.
Sandals are of VERY poor quality - am attempting to return, but am not very confident of this process either.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this vendor.

Purchased a hand held vacuum took 3wks before I got charged it up and it didn't work, upon contacting them they wanted a vidieo of the vac not working and instead of sending me a replacement in which I purchased a 9.99 protection plan they gave me the run around and only refunded 24.99 of the 34.99 I paid,kept the 9.99 and tried to charge my card for another 45.00 dollars for a membership fee in which I declined at purchase. These people are CROOKS ! BEWARE! SCAMM ARTISTS !

If I could give this Company a negative rating I would. Besides efforts on declined purchase attempts being made over 15 times since bank declined and then terribly rude customer service. Beware and better luck to anyone having to attempt to contact them.

Do not order from them. They are scamming people. They won't send what i ordered or give me a refund.

FRAUD!!!! Ordered a pair of aqua socks and was immediately charged $38.00 6 times by 6 different company names and another $9.99. Luckily my credit card company send a fraud alert.

I ordered a sweater size 3x received a small. Very rude customer service rep hung up on me twice. they didn't have a 3x, so they tried to do a deal with me. I don't recommend them at all.

Same story as other folks. I just needed heel grip stickers for new shoes. Price was $14.95, but with shipping ended up coming $25. Yes, they came from China, shipping was slow, messages about tariffs, etc. but the product came and it was fine, I guess. Then the unauthorized charges started on my credit card. First $39.99 for a subscription I didn’t sign up for.(torinshop.com out of Kalispell, MT, even though the shop is apparently in NC and the call center is in Florida, yeah, scam) I called and requested that it be refunded, it was not. Then today I see a new charge from OnlineNexu.com, also out of Kalispell, MT, same address (642 Lore Lake Rd Kalispell, MT 59901) as torinshop.com. None of which is actually Belro.

I’ve had to cancel my card since the customer service people all say the same thing “card will be refunded in 5-7 business days.” They said that 7 business days ago. It all just makes me angry because I thought I was smarter than this. Too bad we’ve decided to cut consumer protection services in this fine country of ours.

Stay away from this company!!! Charged me more that advertised and added warranty and shipping charges I didn't add or want. After calling repeatedly they more or less told me I was out of luck.

I tried to order Hydro Mouse liquid grass. My card was attempted 4 different times because they couldn't get it to work. 4 different companies bfire they found 1 to go through. I told them I called my CC & reported fraud. That was after calling the 24/7 customer service number that went to a voicemail to leave a number. I received an e mail telling me everything was legit. Then I asked about the 15% off that wasn't applied. Some bologna story it was but then this & this applied. Over a week later I received my discount credit on my card. The site states delays due to tarrifs. Last I knew that war ended awhile ago.

First of all, they said they were in North Carolina and actually they are in China, which I don’t buy from China. Then they told me that the price was much less than what they took out of my bank account. And then they charge three times that amount. I’ve asked them repeatedly to cancel. They shipped anyway, and got away with one overcharge which I’m disputing Do not trust this company!

Said they would send me an email with return instructions no nothing guy on the phone was totally lame lesson learned never buying anything from these jerkoffs again.

I ordered this item because it said Next Day delivery. My bank flagged the transaction as fraud but I okayed it. After about a week I called and asked for the order to be cancelled, I was told it can't be cancelled because it was shipped and was hung up on. Have not received the product and can't claim it as fraud because I okayed the transaction. I did receive an email that it might be shipping from another country, I only purchase "Made In the USA", another lie.

These people charged my debit card 2 times and I've never been on their website .

Terrible shipping, communication, and customer service. Stay away from this company.
