Received cheap version from outside USA. Charged extra 9.99 for insurance; I clicked “No Thanks”. Stole my card number after purchase. 39.99 charge the next month.

I’m still waiting for my order and it’s been 2 weeks now. I should have read these reviews before ordering and then would have been spared this. They don’t answer emails and the rep HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I asked him if he wanted the order number and he told me that if he wanted it he’d ask for it! So rude!

Not sure if item will ever come or what bogus charges they have made but I will get any fraudulent ones removed.

AVOID! Absolute total scam site. Product did arrive 2 weeks late, but in the meantime they added lots of extra unauthorized charges. After getting those resolved, they added another larger unauthorized charge for their 'subscription service' as if anyone would but from them twice. To complicate matters, charges show up as from lots of other companies (including marenonline.com and ORENFASHIONB.com) which are not mentioned by Belro. The whole process creates a tangle that is difficult to sort out. Best advice: AVOID!

Do not order from here ! Ordered a garden ornament for my husband for our anniversary and the item delivered a week later was NOTHING like the ad. I notified same day. Now stuck in AI email loop say can't find my order number and asking for pictures, in which i have replied with info multiple times! Belro does not stand behind money back and Customer Service line on their site is DISCONNECTED!

They billed me 3 times for one pair of shoes. Do not use them as I had to get a new credit card 2 times, for fraudulent charges

I placed an order for a standing AC unit on 7/3/26 which was 35’ tall and received a foot tall desk fan. The entire purchase was $118.98. I have been fighting with them ever since to end this peacefully and refund my card, to which they replied they were unable to do because of some bullshit excuse. I said they could send me a check and that was unacceptable to them. So now I am In the process of continuing with fraud charges with the BBB and other sources. DO NOT order a thing from this company, they are thieves. They re-charge ur credit/debit card and never refund the money. They have to be stopped and taken down for their fraudulent activity.

I was attempting to purchase some dog toys from Belro in Raleigh, NC for about $25 and immediately fraudulent charges for the amount of $35.97 from numerous unknown businesses started popping up. Luckily, my credit card company flagged my account and it has now been closed. Not sure if related or coincidence but i will not be purchasing those toys.

Stay far, far away from this bogus ripoff company. I just got ripped off for $65.00 for two items that were not as advertised.

Your website indicated that the products would arrive the next day because they were shipping from Raleigh, North Carolina. I placed my order on August 2, 2026, and did not receive the products until August 11—approximately 10 days later. That is certainly not what I understood "next-day" delivery to mean.

Unfortunately, when the products finally arrived, I found them to be subpar and not worth keeping. What makes this even more frustrating is your so-called 90-day money-back guarantee.

I am required to pay $7.99 out of my own pocket to return products that I am dissatisfied with. I then have to track the package myself and contact your company again after USPS shows that it has been delivered to your warehouse. In other words, I am doing virtually all of the work required to return a product that did not meet my expectations in the first place.

A 90-day money-back guarantee should provide customers with a reasonable and straightforward way to return an unsatisfactory product—not require the customer to pay additional money, monitor the shipment, and then notify the company that its own warehouse has received the package.

The combination of misleading delivery expectations, an approximately 10-day wait for the order, subpar products, and an unnecessarily burdensome return process has left me extremely dissatisfied.

I expect you to provide a reasonable resolution, including instructions for returning the products and reimbursement of the $7.99 return shipping cost. I also expect the return and refund process to be handled promptly without requiring me to repeatedly follow up with your company.

I hope you will take this complaint seriously and reconsider how you are handling returns under your 90-day money-back guarantee.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! They added both a “protection fee” to my order as well as a “membership fee” which I did not know about. I immediately cancelled my credit card after these charges were made. I am concerned that they will continue to make charges against my card without me knowledge.

Ordered a 35” portable AC Unit for my workspace in July 20. I got it in about a week. What i received was 14” worthless AC Unit that couldn’t keep an ant cool. When I asked where the AC unit was shipping from, I was told Florida. Lies. Shipped from China. Lastly. I now have to dispute a recurring charge from a website related to Belro, Torinshop.com. Buy nothing from either of them. HUGE SCAM!

I ordered a hat while i was on vacation. the add said it would arrive in 2-3 days. Once I placed the order, they said it would be delayed because of tariffs. I tried to track it after I came home. It went all over the northeast while my location was in the southeast and then suddenly it said delivered but I couldn't tell where they delivered it. this was 3 weeks after I placed the order. The phone number they give is not in service and the emails directed me to the US post office. Very irresponsible, I would say. So I spent over $40 for nothing!

Scam! I made a purchase here for $8 and have been getting fraudulent charges from them ever since. Avoid this site!

Ordered a dress from Belro that was supposed to arrive in a couple of days from Raleigh, N.C. ( about 3 hours away from my town). Took about 1 month to receive and it came from China. Was not what was advertised. The item looked like it was made out of paper( polyester) and something you would dispose of after one wearing. Atrocious!

After ordering the wifi modem and getting overcharged, I canceled the order. I had to change my credit card account because of the transaction. So what winds up happening is that about a week after canceling my order a package showed up. It was the modem. I figured I should at least try it and see if it will hold a charge. After the device charged I inserted a SIM CARD! [Regardless of the what ad says] It is MANDATORY to have a SIM card to operate the device. So I tried to set it up and the directions were not entirely clear. One night I sat up for a couple of hours trying to figure it out. I got discouraged and went to bed. The next day I watched a YouTube video about how the modem is set up. The problem I had was Managing the Web UI page and getting the Home Page to display on my linked Chromebook. I figured it out and after I completed setting it up I tried it out. The son of a gun actually works! I was able to connect 3 devices to the modem. I also took the modem down to my building's laundry room to see if it would continue operating. It passed the test. I have not used it on the road or outside the US but I am planning a trip to Italy so I expect to use it then. How much money is the device actually worth? Probably about $15 - $20 bucks. It is mostly plastic but it is light and portable. So even though the device is good, I can't recommend ordering it from this company. Similar devices can be bought on sites like Temu or AliExpress for about $10. This one says it has 300 Mbps and is a 4G mobile router. Oddly, there is no actual brand information on the packaging. I don't know the name of the company that produced this thing but it uses USB type C. The user manual was difficult to understand and had gaps between explanations. I only figured it out because I am tireless and I got lucky.

Ordered a product and immediately regretted it after I got 5 unauthorized charges immediately following. I canceled the order but unbeknownst to me i was signed up for a monthly subscription for 39.99. I canceled my visa card but it did no good. They were somehow able to obtain my new card information and every 2 or 3 days the charges appear again. My card does decline charges as fraud but it shuts my card down until I can clear it. If anyone can suggest how to stop this i would appreciate it. Obviously getting a new card didn't help

They a fraud. Never purchase anything from them. Ordered an item they sent the wrong one and I ask for a refund. They refuse to give it to me. They said I need to dispute through my bank.

A fradulent business. Does business under different names and CC charges are processed through account named zapostore based in Cyprus. Further search says the company is based out of Poland. Agreed to reduced amount of product refund but they then refunded less and, upon further contact attempts, have been unresponsive. If you choose to do business with them, be prepared to receive junk and, maybe, a partial refund (<35%).

I ordered two “indestructible” plush toys for my dogs and they were ripped apart in 10 minutes. I contacted customer support and they told me to return the items for a refund. They are literally shredded to bits and in the garbage. Do not waste your money!!

I made a order and they overcharged me, after I contacted them they said they would refund me the difference, and they partially did I am still overcharged by 9.99 , if they don’t correct this, I will dispute it on my card, I cannot recommend they, one guy I contacted was. Rude and hung up on me
