Great company to deal with. After over 40 years or riding motorbikes and dealing with insurance company’s, BeMoto has been by far the best.

Spend many years with this company no claims or accidents , I have just cancelled my renewal within the 14 days and they charged me a £70 admin fee on a £220 policy That’s a bit grabby in my opinion for a few computer key strokes .i know it’s in the terms but
Leaves a bad taste after all these years of loyalty and money

Isabella went out of her way to sort out a multi policy,nothing was to much trouble a real credit to Bemoto probably wouldn’t have signed up today on the spot if it wasn’t for her telephone manner

Very cheery call with Manny who helpfully updated my address on my policy. They may not always be the absolute cheapest quote on a comparison site, but helpful staff, great extras with their Titanium policy and no mid-term fees for making adjustments mean I'll be staying with them for years to come!

I wished to add a second bike to my policy but as my current policy wasn't due to be renewed until June i was unsure wether to take out a multibike policy or have two seperate ones. i contacted BeMoto and spoke to a very helpful lady called Isabella who looked at the options and was able to change my policy to have both for minimal cost all the actions were smoothly actioned so big thanks to her and BeMoto!
