It's great talking to bikers who understand the requirements with insurance. Today I dealt with Isabella, who couldn't have been more helpful or polite.

Never a bad experience and always the most competitively priced for me.

Most companies want you to do everything online and it is so pleasant to talk to a person. My renewal contact was Manny and he was a pleasure to deal with, efficient, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. BeMoto gave a good renewal price and Manny provided quality service.

Spoke with two representatives today, Manny and Sanam, who helped me unpick some complicated policy issues and deliver new quotes. I was impressed by their patience and knowledge. Many thanks!

I had tried to complete the process on line, but for some reason it didn't work. However, it was to my advantage. I called and spoke to the excellent Manny, who went through everything in detail. All done in about 10 minutes and an uplifting experience with someone who understood what I required. Sunny morning dealing with a competent person. Made my day.
