First time using Benenden & I couldn’t be happier. I wish that I had joined years ago! My sister in law is a member & she recommended them to me. I was able to speak to a GP the same day & the service was so so much better than my local GP.

The medics at Bendenden really care about the patient's feelings.
My cataract operation was handled efficiently but also sympathetically. The nursing staff are very dexterous in administering the various drops. But what I particularly appreciated was the running commentary by the surgeon as he was performing the procedure - particularly being told " it is going exactly to plan" and " we are halfway through now "

Excellent service
Excellent service - I needed to speak to a GP urgently and booked a call 2 hours later in the evening. The GP listened and discussed my condition and issued a prescription for what I required. Can’t fault the service.

Well that’s a wrap 🙌 the Benenden Hospital, Consultants, Dr’s, Nurses, customer services team were all absolutely fantastic, I was treated with dignity, kindness, compassion and respect.
My appointments were prompt, tests ordered were very quick and my review was also quick. From start to finish my treatment and outcome were just what I needed, thank you so very much to everyone at the Benenden Hospital for doing what you do best and for us.

Surgical care
I used the Benenden service following referral to nhs to have gallbladder removal and the wait list is long. I have been with Benenden for a long time. The process was really easy. Every step of the way I was treated extremely well and all team members extremely professional. I felt safe in their care. I had a great operative surgeon and recovering was straight forward with ability to contact staff if there were any problems. I cannot thank all who cared for me enough for my speedy recovery.
